This is probably my second favorite Sonic Drive-in location. The only reason it isn't my favorite is because every time I seem to come here, at least one of their kiosks is broken. This seems to be an on-going problem as it's never the same exact machine. I have no idea why so many of theirs break. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about all my experiences at this sonic. Always friendly and prompt! My order is always correct and if I stay to eat instead of leaving with my food, the carhop will Come and check on me to see if I need anything else! That attention to customer service doesn't go unnoticed! If I'm on this side of town, I would rather frequent this location rather than another sonic or even many of the other fast food options. read more

They sell spoiled sonic blast and shakes. the consistency was melted and smelled bad.

First of all I only went to sonic because I didn't wanna have to get out of my car. I get there and I've ordered online and you cannot find the number to the stall that the app asked for so I can buzz them and ask them what it is and they say 17 and then I put that in and the app tells me there's no stall with number 17. So what do I have to do? I have to get out of my car and go inside to tell them I have a mobile order because when I buzz them to tell them I'm trying to explain to the girl and she just hangs up on me. Wait a minute wasn't the point to not have to get out of my car? I will never ever be coming back to this sonic. read more

Usually Sonic does OK, but this time I swore to never go back. I paid 3.76 for a small banana MALT. It had 0 malt in it. I kept drinking, hoping the tast would eventually come. Usually when you order one, the workers can't mix it so all the malt is on the bottom, so I asked for a spoon. Nothing but a piece of banana on the bottom was very irritated as I finished my very high dollar shake. So much so that I complained. She refused to give me my money back because I had drank it already. Not even th e refund for the difference between a malt and a shake. This store is always closing before they're supposed to. Have an 8 p.m. hankering for a blast? Don't get your hopes up. If you're lucky enough to find them open you'll only get your toppings on the top and might just find a surprise in the bottom. Went to get 50 cent corn dogs today. They told me they weren't a participating location and it was corporate's fault that they were listed as one. Bit the light up sign in front of their store says, "50 cent corn dogs August 31". Is that corporate's fault too? Poor management! read more
