It's Back!! Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich just returned to the menu today! They said they have made some changes to their menu and bringing this back to their menu is one. I have missed this sandwich for years so I was shocked when I saw it! Tasted great, I would ask for a little more mayo. They said there's no more chicken dinner, updated their candies, and don't offer the cinnasnacks anymore. I hope they make this a permanent item bc I don't know any other place that sells a CFS sandwich and I don't always want to have to go a sit down restaurant to satisfy my craving. I'd also love if they offered an option for white gravy on top or steak finger basket! That would be awesome. read more

I pulled up to a stall and saw the young girl eating something and then I saw a long haired man eating fries out of the bin. Then when we tried to order the guy was talking to her and she couldn't get my order as they were laughing and giggling. While sitting at THIS sonic last night, waiting for my Chicago-style hot dog, onion rings and Strawberry Limeade to arrive, I tried to find this location to check in and could not find it. I knew it was here because I was sitting at it. In fact I even recalled seeing a review for it. It was not until I got home that I realized Yelp has the old address. Even Nikki's review is for the new address, which is 1155 Highway 377 East. So why do I like this Sonic: As a quick fix, especially late on a Sunday night, this is THE place in Granbury. I've become a big fan of Sonic's Chicago-style hot dogs, and I'll tell you, you can't beat the price ($1.99). No, it's not Vienna beef, but to buy a real Vienna Beef Hot Dog in the Metroplex is going to set you back at least $5. So for the price, I think this is a GREAT substitute. I like the onion rings too, and the Limeades (I always order mine "light on the ice") can't be beat. They are an even better deal at Happy Hour (everyday from 2PM to 4PM) when most drinks (i.e. non-ice cream) are half-price. Such a deal... So I was always a sucker for Happy Hour, but now I'm complimenting my limeade with a hot dog too. Nice work Sonic! read more

The staff was friendly, but there was a really rude and loud guy yelling in the background of the girl taking my order. so i would of given 5 stars as everytime i come here their service is great but everytime i come here and order a shake or anything that has a cherry in it and this is my complaint .... their is no stem in the cherry so it makes me think someone along the way is takeing out all these stems and putting em in their mouth to tie em in a knot .. and or makes me think their not real cherrys so i dont ever eat the cherries which sucks cause i like cherries but if theirs no stem i throw it away .... seems like small potatoes i know but this bothers me would of given 5 stars if it werent for the cherries other wise great staff good food read more

You know why this isn't your every day Sonic? Because they roller skate. For reals. I haven't visited a Sonic in AGES where their carhops really skate to your car. I didn't think they had it in them! Apparently this location does. Not only that, but their speakers are clear, the food is cooked to order, and they put big chunks of Oreos on their Oreo blasts. It almost looks like the picture! (See edit at the bottom now). Why would someone give Sonic four stars? Seriously? What's wrong with you? Okay, the food is the food. It is still fast food, and it is what it is. So we accept that it's Sonic and should get a two...why the four? Because this particular Sonic (which I go to was too often) gets my food write 95 percent of the time. (Meaning they are wrong 1 in 20 times which is amazing for fast food and I special order everything... Mostly because I flipped burgers for a year in HS and I'm picky). Two it's always fresh and hot. A fast food place that almost always gets your order right AND has fresh hot food is pretty amazing. And they are always nice. Not creepy nice like Starbucks, regular nice customer service. On the odd occasion when they have deemed I've waited too long for my order they give me tokens for free things that I give away to someone who won't lose them. Like the next person I meet. That's why a fast food restaurant gets a four stars... And now we are in 6/2018 And much later they turned into a regular fast food restaurant. I only gave it one star because I didn't have the option to give it a negative! I took my daughter here today on 8/27/2012 for a root beer float. Go check out my picture and you'll see a picture of her pulling a WHOLE PLASTIC BAG out of her cup! It was disgusting and pathetic! It made here completely sick to her stomach! Tell me how you can accidentally get a whole plastic bag into a cup and put a dab of ice cream on top and not notice it!!! I have a picture of it on my photos if you care to take a look! When I took it back in, nobody even apologized! Nobody really even said ANYTHING!!!! I even had to ask for my money back! Disgraceful!!!! My daughter got the whole exchange on video - which I will be loading onto YouTube and possibly sending to our local news stations!!!! Went here on 2/12/19 at 2:30 in the afternoon. fries were cold, soggy and way too salty. Did not even come close to finishing them. Also, while eating I had what I thought might be a piece of lettuce stuck to the top of my mouth. That was not the case. It appeared to be a piece of a plastic glove. We will not be back!
