Half the ice cream options.

This is an interesting place to stop in while walking the square. We could smell the cones from the outside, so of course we had to stop in and check it out. We were greeted when we walked in, and we were able to sample a few ice creams. We ordered the sour blue raspberry and the Smokey s'mores in a cup, which we both enjoyed. My mom ordered a flavored hot chocolate, which she said was ok. Overall, if you looking for an ice cream shop with a variety of different, non traditional flavors, I suggest you give this place a try.

One of our favorite places to stop in for drinks and the occasional spiked ice cream! If you stop in, say hi to Kris, she always behind the bar serving drinks and welcoming anyone coming in. Can't beat the old time country vibes and great music out back.

Great and unusual variety of ice cream flavors in a western atmosphere. If you'd like ice cream and a drink from the bar you need to stand in two separate lines. Luckily for us they were not busy when we went.

What a nice gem to find out here! Great ice cream and tons of flavors to choose from. The ambience is fantastic. Definitely a winner.

The Silver Saddle Saloon is the PERFECT stop when you're exploring the the Granbury Courthouse Square. The moment you step in the door you'll be greeted by a scent of malty vanilla goodness from the freshly made waffle cones. Waffle cones that are just waiting to wrap their arms around a couple scoops of the best craft ice cream south of the Red River! Do you know what goes good with craft ice cream? BEER! Yeah, I said BEER! Grab your ice cream cone and shuffle your boots to the back room where you'll find friendly bartenders waiting to whip up your favorite cocktail or pour you a cold draft beer. Now calm down, this ain't no rowdy honky-tonk where you're likely to get into a fight over a loose woman or a someone cheating at a game of pool. This joint is family friendly and fun for all ages. There are table games to play while you're hanging out, TVs showing sports, and even live music out back. What's not to love? What are you waiting for? Seriously, get your butt down to Granbury and check this place out. Tell 'em Hank sent you. My name isn't Hank, and I don't even know anyone named Hank...but tell 'em Hank sent you anyway!

Um... AMAZING!! If you want some *delicious* ice cream i would definitely check this place out! They have like 40 flavors so theres definitely something for everybody! They also have ice cream sandwiches, shakes, banana splits, boozy ice cream drinks, they have it all! I personally enjoyed the fudge flavor, the cashier made us the most delicious shake ever and my sister liked the chocolate cherry one! Definitely a place to check out for a delicious treat!

Our runny salted caramel ice cream.

We were in the mood for a little sweet treat, so stopped in here to check out their ice creams. They had several flavors and were happy to let us sample several in order to make a selection. We got a scoop of salted caramel. It was sweet and delicious, but it was really runny. Our friends had a different flavor and there's wasn't runny. I think they have some food and, of course, it's a bar.

Enjoying our ice cream and playing chess (I lost!)

Good ice cream. Good service. Would come back if in the area again. I would say get a more stable barrel tables is the only negative.

There is no sausage in it at all then I opened the one with jalapeños to see if there was sausage and there was no sausage in it. I called the store and asked if it was supposed to have sausage. I thought maybe I was wrong and they said yes and so then I told them that my burritos neither one had sausage in them and they told me to come in and they would replace them next time I was in the area so I went to the doctor then went back by there. They replaced my burritos only this time They made them super small. I ended up tearing half the tortilla off and eating it like a taco. While I appreciate them replacing the burritos, I do think they should have replaced them the an actual grande burrito and not a taco.

My go to favorites right now are the Chicken Strip Dinner and the Sweet and Spicy Gouda Burger, which is effectively a modified Sweet and Spicy bacon burger from Whataburger but made with fresh patties instead of a frozen ones. On top of all that, their ice cream is as good as ever, from the simple vanilla to the new Mexican flavors they have. It's a crying shame there isn't one in Stephenville, I sure could use something from Braum's every now and then while I study.

Absolutely Outstanding German Fare, another A+ Granbury Gem!…read moreWe keep coming back to Ketzler's Schnitzel Haus & Biergarten and it never disappoints! For lunch, the Reuben sandwich is hands-down one of the best I've ever had. The corned beef is incredibly tender (they pressure-cook it for hours), piled high on perfect rye with just the right amount of sauerkraut, Swiss, and dressing. It's huge and flavorful, definitely order it! For dinner, we love the Oma's Meatballs served over spätzle and topped with that rich Jäger gravy. So comforting, hearty, and packed with flavor. We've also tried their short ribs during a special brunch offering and they were fall-off-the-bone tender and delicious. Everything we've ordered--whether schnitzel, brats, pretzels, or sides has been excellent. The atmosphere is so fun and immersive with the German decor, great beer selection, and friendly service every time. We've brought friends, family, and out-of-town company here multiple times, and everyone has raved about their meal. It's become our go-to spot for hosting visitors reliable, generous portions, and always a wonderful experience. If you're in Granbury, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won't regret it. Prost! We'll be back soon. Highly recommend, 5 stars all the way!

Pass on the hot potato salad, it was mealy, but the fried potatoes were perfect. The German beer selection was solid too so your taste buds are in for a good time. Expect to pay touristy area prices, but nothing too crazy. My only tiny gripe is that the musician didn't show up until about an hour and a half after her scheduled start. I was ready for a show but hey, I survived. Just a little bummer, not a deal breaker. Definitely a cool place to grab some tasty food and beers.

5-Star Review for Miyako Sushi in Granbury We've been coming…read moreto Miyako for years and it's still our favorite sushi spot in Granbury! The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious they have an excellent variety of both creative rolls and high-quality sashimi. My personal favorite is the Submarine Bowl with sashimi it's always a winner. The food and service are outstanding every single time. The staff is genuinely helpful, happy to make recommendations if you're unsure what to order, and they make you feel welcome whether you're stopping in solo, as a couple at the sushi bar, or with the whole family. We love sitting at the hibachi tables when the kids and grandkids join us everyone has a great time. If you're in Granbury and craving sushi (or hibachi), Miyako is the place to go. If you are…read morein Granbury and want sushi there isn't a lot of options but luckily this place can fill the needs of a sushi eating person. The prices are a bit high compared to a big city with lots of competition but not having to drive 50 miles to a big city helps offset the cost. I was with 3 other people, 2 of the others were taking out the other one and said they would pay for their meal because it was their birthday but weren't going to pay for mine because they said I eat too much at sushi places :-) That's okay because I always feel like I should order the cheapest stuff if someone else is paying for it. I didn't have to worry about how much it cost and I wasn't looking at the prices. Everything all of us had was great. I only had sushi but others did have other things as well. My sushi was all fresh tasting. This was lunch time on a Wednesday. Turns out the tab for the other 3 people was 65.25 and mine was 65.26 so guess they were right!
