very nice sonic, clean and you get what you order, no screw ups yet on order. ( very rare for any fast food restaurant these days)

I AM SO ANGRY. I go. And I buy TWO soft pretzel twists. And I was SUPPOSED to get TWO cheese dips. And I got NONE. Very disappointed.

The fries and drinks are always great at this location but I love to order the mozzarella sticks and the last several times they have barely been worn and it makes them taste disgusting they used to be so hot I'd have to wait quite a while for them to cool off enough but now they are just way too cold. read more

Love the new sonic location and the app! Food is consistent, never had a bungled order. The car hops are sweet even working in this heat, they give a thank you for their tips. It is so nice to have a quick place to grab a bite where you know how the food and service will be. read more

Ordered a # 6 and a# 1. Came out fast but the hot dog was disappointing. Did not look at all like the picture. Tots and onion rings are good. Had to ask twice for ketch. Not too shabby. read more

They literally never get my order right. And then when I say something because who wouldn't after paying for a 3$ drink they are rude, argue that they didn't hear that, and get mad when you ask them to fix it. Terrible service!!! read more

I was double-charged while using the Sonic app soon after it came out. I was told by both the head Sonic office and the owner of Greenbrier Sonic that it would be taken care of. Many months later, I am still owed over $15 by the Greenbrier Sonic. I wish I would have gone through my bank to deal with the issue instead of believing what I was told - that it would be taken care of. Recently, I went and gave them another chance. That was a mistake. Over 18 minutes to get my food (a small order at that...) and it was drenched in condensation - it had obviously been sitting for some time. While I was there, several carhops were standing around talking, leaving one to run most of the orders out. Poor management and an owner who doesn't seem to care are not helping this location. It would be nice to get the Route 44 Dr. Pepper that was flat replaced, but apparently that is too much to ask. Thankfully another Sonic location is only 15 minutes from my house, so I will be avoiding Greenbrier Sonic from now on. read more

No, they get our order wrong every time. The last time I went here everyone in the family got sick. It was horrible.

3rd time in a row - Ordered food, order was correct on screen/receipt and wrong in the bag. Had to go back to get order corrected. No one even apologized or did anything to make it right except to replace the food that was not in the bag. Went back tonight and asked to speak to manager. She did not make any effort to do anything except to make excuses, saying that 4 people called out. My point is, if the order on the screen/receipt is correct, put the correct food in the bag before you bring it to the customer. Does not matter if you are shorthanded or not...CHECK THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT. I am tired of driving back up there to get my order corrected. Will not be going back to this location .... 3 times, no more chances. read more

They really don't deserve even one star. I stopped in to grab some lunch with my mom. She ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and fries. My fries were cold/room temperature and my so called grilled sandwich was almost frozen in the middle, it felt like they maybe thawed it a little in a walk-in and slapped between toasted bun, maybe they thought toasting the bun would continue to heat up the chicken. I don't know. My moms onion rings could have cooked just a little bit longer and her sandwich had some kind of grissel all trough the chicken, could not bite through it, but on the bright side it was warm. She ate the breading off the chicken and the bread just because she was hungry. I can't believe these owner still have this place open. The last time I drove through there I stopped and the food was bad. My mom wanted sonic this time. I will say the carhop was very pleasant. But I will never stop there again. read more

When you place an order at a fast food restaurant and am given my price I find it VERY rude to ask if I want my change. The assumption that I should give or tip my change at a drive through window is mind blowing. read more

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I'll start by saying how excited I was to see that a new Sonic was being built across the street from the old one. I was really looking forward this new one, but was really disappointed once they opened. If you are driving Northbound on Hwy 65, it almost impossible to turn in across traffic (even worse trying to leave). Of course certain times of day are worse than others. The restroom is always locked - not because they keep it locked, but because the lock sticks. When I've asked them to unlock it, they almost always say no one has a key or it takes them a good 5-10 minutes to come out to open it. As far as the food & drinks go, I'm pretty consistently let down. I can't count how many times I've been given an iced tea or coke with no ice, or mostly melted ice. I've seldom received the correct food items (which is simply just a plain hamburger for my kid - nothing but meat & bun, but comes out with everything on it), or ask for tots but given fries. We no longer stop at this location and instead go to Conway or Clinton, which is a shame because I was previously stopping here twice per day. read more

Seems that every time I come here, my order gets screwed up every time. I ordered a chicken strip dinner, no gravy and fries instead of tater tots. I got no gravy and tater tots when I asked for fries. read more
