The candies were not labeled and we were not even sure what exactly they were called so that we could check the sign to see the price. The prices were ridiculous. Then when the price rang up incorrectly on the register, (for even more than was posted on the sign we were directed to), he said we have new owners or managers or something, and I don't know what's going on. The ice cream in the cases appeared to be melting. This young man could not have cared any less if we had just walked out the door, and I wish we had. I feel that my mother was taken for a ride with $30 for six pieces of candy. We will not be back. There were NO other customers the store. Turns out 4 of the 5 pieces were stale, (they were eaten later that same evening). The raspberry truffle was rock hard and almost inedible. Our candy was put into a clear cellophane bag, which had no way to seal or close, and apparently they only have boxes for candied apples. Unbelievable.

My wife I think gets more brownies in her cup the yogurt but she loves them! They also have a nice selection of shakes, crepes, waffles, and shaved ice. It's quite a variety of sweet treats. They also recently started serving tacos, which I have yet to try but they look great. What we like most about the place is that the employees are always super friendly, the toppings are constantly filled and re-stocked, and the place itself is always very clean. We stopped in recently on a night then the owners were on vacation and thought maybe without the boss in town, the employees would let it slip on cleanliness. Nope. It was spotless. We are always impressed. There isn't a ton of seating so if you go on a busy evening, you might struggle to find a spot but it's rarely been that way when we've gone. Overall, I cannot say anything 'bad' about Yo Yo Berri. It provides just what we need when the cravings hit. We'll definitely keep going back.

The manager, his 1st day at this location, generously apologized and gave out free combo meal cards to everyone who was waiting. Some had been there 30 minutes others like us just a few. It was so nice given the circumstances. The smell of the burgers had me deciding to wait a bit. Fortunately, after about maybe 10 minutes the system came back and we got to redeem our free meals!
