One of the worst run sonics ever. They usually can't take an order correctly and they can't make it correctly when they do enter the order correctly on screen. They made us pay for marinara sauce, then don't bring it. Then when you ask them to fix the errors they act like you're asking them to do something hard. read more

This will be my only stop at this Sonic. I did an app order at 6:50am. I arrived about 6:56 no other cars around and did my check in. Around 6:58 the screen shows order being delivered. I sat there another 10 minutes and a lady comes out and says I'm sorry, we forgot about you. I ordered French toast sticks and water. Probably the most simple breakfast order of their day. read more

The worst Sonic restaurant I've been to. I've been here twice in the past two weeks and there were discrepancies with each of my orders. Order 1- I ordered a burger combo. Nothing special. Drive 20 minutes to get home just to realize that my burger wasn't fully cooked! Order 2- I ordered two sonic blasts with specific toppings. One of the two blasts had minimal toppings. Not to mention it was missing one of the requested items (WHICH WE PAID FOR). Also, we could not tell these items were missing until the ice cream could be eaten. Sometimes the toppings can be hard to identify. Not sure what the store's operating procedures are but the final product of this specific item was not consistent with the stores I've visited in multiple states to include but not limited to California, Georgia and North Carolina. I will not turn to this location. There is no consistency with the staff's work or final product. There seems to be a disconnect on what right looks like or a lack of care for their jobs. Each time we visited this store it was usually around between 9 and 11 pm. Highly recommend re-familiarizing staff with expectations of cooking, communication and fulfilling orders. There seems to be a lack of supervision overall. read more

I used to come to Sonic every morning as a college student for their breakfast burrito. It was always so good! I came this morning to relive old memories, and was sadly disappointed. The tortilla to filling ratio was way off. With the amount of filling they used, a fajita sized tortilla would have worked. The burrito was seriously the same size as my salsa packet. Also, the employee working the drive thru sounded like she was mad at the world. And please teach them to not put the tots upside down in the bag. I opened the bag before I moved my car an inch, and the tots were already dumped out. So careless. So disappointed. read more

Two orders on subsequent mornings (I like to give second chances) were "not abled to be filled" because "they were unable to get their inventory from the truck." Because they were prepaid, a refund was not immediately made available, as the manager stated, because their boss had told them to tell their customers "it is out of their hands" and any refund will take a week to ten days." You are all getting ripped off by this business, you order a specialty item of the menu at a specialty price, then they up charge you for the part that makes it special, example; under master shakes on their menu is Oreo cheesecake shake, this shake cost more than a regular shake because it's a master shake with two flavors, but when you order it they charge you again for the flavors. That's like paying more for a bacon cheese burger vs a regular cheese burger and then getting charged again for the bacon and cheese. When confronted, the employee changes the price to the correct price with no problem but can't explain how it was the higher price. read more

It looks like a lot of the reviews below are older, I stopped in today to get my usual large Coke Zero with vanilla and easy ice...the gentleman that took my order was friendly and upbeat and my drink was delivered quickly! The problem arose when I ran my card to pay for my order and it didn't read. When the carhop came to my car, she took my card, and came back saying that their card readers aren't working. Luckily, I had cash on me (I usually don't) so I was able to pay for my drink. read more

We have been to this location several times. The first time, they overcharged our card, then we realized the mistake and they wanted to refund then re-charge our card. Sorry, but no, it takes DAYS to get a refund. (They had already refunded before they even mentioned it to us.) So we would be paying two times (until the charge finally got refunded to our account) and it wasn't a cheap order. I told them I would rather just keep the original (more expensive) payment if that was what it meant, but it was already too late. This time, they were grouchy about it, but they told us that it was their mistake and don't worry about it. So we thought okay, we'll give them another shot. We just went back tonight and tried to split our payment. Part debit, part cash. One employee (who was sweeping) said, sure it should be no problem, just ask them to do the cash first. We made the order, thinking again, it shouldn't be an issue. The carhop came and acted like we were speaking Greek. No, we don't split payments, she said. What?! We'd like to see a manager, we said. The manager came out with a chip on his shoulder, and informed us that Sonic, in the 5 years he has worked for them, has never taken payments this way. So, we left. And won't be back. On a side note: I agree with the other reviewers, their ice cream is always leaking down the side of the cup and the blasts don't have nearly enough ingredients in them. And they are RUDE. read more

I only eat here once or twice a month, the food is average for sonic. You have to watch which stall you park in because half of the card readers don't work. I wouldn't recommend going after 8:00 for the half price shakes, the staff can't handle it, the past couple times I've been they got my order wrong and the second time I decided to take it back so I could actually get what I payed for and they made me wait 30 minutes for it and probably would have been longer if I hadn't went looking for it. Bottom line is, this will be my last resort if I ever go back with Dairy Queen right around the corner sonic better step it up. UPDATE: gave them another try, nothing has changed read more

Took my family to get ice cream. They took long enough to get me the ice cream. I tried to pay with cash and the rest on my card. I was told they cannot do that. I asked for a manager and it got worse. I tried to pay again and he said he couldn't do it. I asked him when they stopped taking payment this way. His smart a$$ comment was " it has been this way for the five years I worked here." I know now why they have a very low rating. I will not be back. read more
