One person in our group was in the restroom and hadn't had a chance to decide what they wanted yet, and the employee was very short and impatient with us. When we asked to sample one of the ice cream flavors, she simply responded, "Okay," and came across as unfriendly and annoyed. While we were ordering, another customer came in, and we noticed the employee spoke to them with the same impatient attitude, so it didn't seem like it was just our group. The biggest issue came when the last person in our group ordered a sorbet. It was frozen so solid that it was impossible to scoop or eat. We let the employee know, and she said she would "soften it," which apparently meant microwaving it. She brought it back, but it was still hard as a rock and still wasn't edible. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed the visit. A friendly attitude and serving products that are ready to eat go a long way. We hope this location improves both its service and the quality of the experience for future customers.

It is only 10 minutes from Costco on Royal golf Parkway and just minutes from US one near Palencia. My husband is lactose intolerant and he can always have this ice cream without any problems. He is from Puerto Rico and this is the most popular ice cream there. I have actually seen the ice cream trucks in downtown San Juan.

Stopped at Sonic yesterday for lunch. The meal was good but disappointed the manager has determined the social distancing and a mask are no longer necessary for his employees. So in spite of CDC recommendations and the continuing rise in the infection and death rate caused by the virus Sonic has chosen to put there employees and customers at risk. Sorry Sonic, you just lost a customer. read more

The concept is really nice, its giving a diner feel and i felt very excited when i walked in just to find this place extremely under staffed. There was one girl taking drive thru orders and in store orders, so we waited patiently. But she was clearly in distress as she called for another coworker to come help her, the other girl came but seemed upset to have to do her job. The place was also not the cleanest and not stocked in the dinning area, but with being under staffed, i can understand. Overall, i would not go back. I can come back from mediocre food, and try again, but i can not come back from bad service. Management has to staff this restaurant properly. It has so much potential, even a "hey, welcome" makes a difference. I see the vision, it just needs a manager that cares.

The fries are fine, the cheese curds are ok and the onion rings are ok, nothing special, but what I tend to order. I really like the root beer and is what I prefer to drink at Culver's. The restaurant tends to be kept clean and like I said service seems to depend on the time of day. Overall it's a good burger restaurant and we will keep visiting when we are in Jacksonville.
