We ordered the Dr pepper hunger buster and we received the Dr pepper patty melt. No big deal, they can fix it right. Nope it was an argument. They said the picture of the Dr pepper hunger buster directly in front of the customer was incorrect and it always comes on a Texas toast. No I said, they are two different products, hence the two different pictures and names. They finally said well if you request it we can make it that way. That's not how it works, we ordered the Dr pepper hunger buster not the patty melt, it should be made as you order it. If you don't want to sell the hunger buster version take it off the digital sign in front of the customers face. Owner!!! This is for you. You have 2 stars on your restaurant. This is an example of why. You need to either replace the manager or come in and train them properly. This is not ok. Only you can fix it. Or shut it down. read more

Lady was rude. I called in an order when I got there it was slow I pulled up to the window. Honked my horn because I saw Noone by the window. A minute later a rude woman leans out the window to ask me if I passed the speaker and honked the horn I said yes. She proceeded to tell me in a demanding way that you will not do that again. Yet I called in the order the decrepit redneck hadn't started my order yet had time to be rude to me. I would recommend just trying your luck at McDonald's for your future food needs. We weren't expecting much when we saw the other low reviews. But this is a nice clean Dairy Queen. The food was what you would expect. Just like every other Dairy Queen we have ever been to. Overall we had a nice experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for some cheap ice cream. The service was not spectacular but plenty adequate. read more

Honestly the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to. It can be a little slow at times but the food is great and the employees are awesome.

Oh . Dear. Lord. We are at 37 minutes and counting on this damn drive thru!!! Come on this is ridiculous! I could have gone to Walmart, bought the food, cooked it and been burping already! Jen had to use the restroom but the Ladies room was occupied for sometime. She checked again later and it then being cleaned. We each got the grilled chicken sammich, no FF, and unsweet tea. This restaurant needs to send all of it's workers back to training because CUSTOMER SERVICE was not taught at all. Each time that I have visited this place of business, the cashiers are so rude and nonchalant that I just walked back out of the building and went elsewhere. Went inside to eat an hour before close. We could hear someone in the lobby sweeping and two people in the back, one made eye contact several times and didn't even acknowledge us. We ended up having to go to the drive thru just to get our order taken. Woman in the drive thru was nice! Asked us if we wanted our blizzards first. We were confused as to why we didn't get all the food at the same time but we took them. Now we know why. Took 20 minutes to get food even though we were the only people in line. read more
