Good basic TexMex. Very reasonably priced. Nice facility with a good crowd and friendly staff.

I've tried two locations now. The food is Tex Mex at its best. Everything is greasy and tastes great. I plan on returning as often as I can!

I don't remember if we took a while to browse the menu (this was our first time) but our food arrived at 5pm. I ordered the : "BIRRIA TACOS MEXICAN #39 ($16) Three yellow corn tacos dipped in birria juice, stuffed with birria beef, cheese, onions, and cilantro then grilled to crisp. Served with mexi- rice and charro beans" they were fantastic. So good!! As usual I was not able to finish and boxed my leftovers. When I received the check- my meal was priced at $13 (maybe priced for lunch?) I don't know. But it didn't hurt my feelings. Anyhow. It was a pleasant visit. Until the next table came in and was sat right directly beside us. Despite the empty room. Oh well. I definitely recommend!!

I've been here twice so far. First time I got the birra tacos (a different experience but…read morepleasant). Second time I got chicken lunch fajitas which was nice though for some reason all these types of restaurants are stingy when you say "no beans, double rice" they just give a single serving of rice. I don't like refried beans. The decor is definitely unique and a nice departure from the more 80s hokey mexican restaurants that seem to get all their furniture from the same supplier (or estate sales of closed competitors). I like the variety of options on the menu and how they're organized by region. A coworker of mine said the Venezuelan offerings are the expensive types of food. I find myself more curious about the other offerings on the menu more than I typically do at other places which makes future visits more exciting. I'm reserving the fifth star for my next visit when I order a taco salad. If anything the taco salad is how I rate and conpare each latino themed restaurant. How the beef is seasoned and what toppings are included are major factors.

(went on Feb. 25)…read more It's rare to find a restaurant that serves the entire fish, as seen here. But in Chinese restaurants, that's the norm! (There, they also steam the fish rather than fry it; but hey, beggars can't be choosers!) I knew this existed from other people's pics. But on the menu, I couldn't figure out which item it was. I asked the waiter, he pointed it out, but I forgot what he said. Lol. I think it's tilapia. It was $15 before tax, tip. Just what I wanted!

(NYC). Introducing Inka's. Peruvian meets Colombian cuisine. I am part Colombian so Colombian cuisine is something I am very familiar with, Peruvian not so much. The number one staple in Colombian food is going to be the dish called "Bandeja Paisa" which contains pork, beef, sausage, sweet plantain, egg, avocado, rice and beans. This is what caught my eye because it is what I am most familiar with. I also ordered a mango milkshake. This was not my first time being here at this establishment. The place stays pretty empty and it is quite unfortunate because the quality of food, the taste and the attentive to detail from the staff is above and beyond. Inside, the place is rather big and it looks like they have live music at times. I just wish them to a lot more busier because this is the closest thing I have to Colombian food. My bandeja paisa elevated me straight to Colombia where the taste from the pork was out of this world it was so crunchy yet so soft, the beans were amazing as well as the beef. Let me not forget the mango milkshake which was delicious. I need everyone to saturate this establishment and support this business because these flavors are international but teleported locally to serve good cuisine.

From the moment we walked in, this place felt warm, welcoming, and real -- not trendy, not flashy, just genuinely good. The food was the star of the show. The pupusas were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft, cheesy, and flavorful on the inside, served with bright, tangy curtido that tied everything together beautifully. The rice and beans were simple in the best way -- seasoned like someone's grandma was back in the kitchen -- and the plantains were caramelized, buttery, and impossible to stop eating. You could tell everything was made with care, patience, and pride, not rushed or reheated. Portions were generous, prices were fair, and the service was friendly without hovering. If you love bold, comforting, homemade flavors, this is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back -- and soon.

The spices are different and not too spicy hot at all. My favorite is their pupusas with choice of meats, veggies and cheese. Also the chicken enchilada is great.
