First I'm going to give this whole team from day to night the biggest thanks and biggest gratitude for the opportunity to enjoy the food Let me tell you after 10 years in fast food we don't eat out much about a week ago I had the opportunity to stop In for lunch and I was in no rush so I said it's hot and a milkshake always got me locked in I look up and see the double smash burger so I ordered it I just ordered it regular as it come no special request nothing just the burger and my milkshake cheesecake no cherry and let me tell u the staff was amazing very nice and very inviting my wait time was not long at all I then get handed my food and mind u I'm on lunch so I say I'm going to eat this as I drive so I pull over to set up to drive and eat I take one bite and I fall In love this burger is hot juicy fresh and I yell u somthing u would see on tv like I could not believe it I sat right there and ate every bit of that burger forgot I was on a lunch break and enjoyed every single bit fast forward tonight same service same hot juicy fresh food like it's really had to get that kind of service twice from two different crew and I must say they deserve to be recognized for there hard work and dedication to that kind of service like 10 years in the industry I hope my crew gave that kind of services when I was there like again thanks so much for the service and fresh food I will most definitely be back sooner then later read more

We always order ahead and they got rid of a few of the ordering screens and just have signs with the qr code and Stall number signs for ordering on their app. Service is a little slow but the guy who brought out our food apologized. We got our $1 corn dogs and salt free tots. I appreshaite that we can customize no salt on any item in the app. read more

Half priced milkshakes are back???? French fries for $1????? Well, last week was a good day to return to Sonic I guess. It was a Sunday night and I was desperately craving a milkshake. When I found out the shake deal was back I got in my car and immediately drove to the closest Sonic. This location was pretty empty when we got here around 7:30PM so we were able to pull right into a stall and order some food. Now, if you want the half price deal you need to order from the app and then pick which stall you are at, so that's exactly what we did. I ended up ordering a large chocolate oreo milkshake as well as an order of the $1 french fries they had. The french fries were actually pretty solid, though not something I can see craving at any point. The milkshake was much bigger than I was expecting so even though I put a healthy dent in it, It was left unfinished. The milkshake was a very hard, though it did have great flavour and definitely sctatched that milkshake itch I was having. Overall, Sonic is a solid fast food joint that definitely rules the milkshake game. For around $2.50 you can get a massive shake that would cost well over $7 at another fast food place. Is Sonic the king? No, but it's a dependable prince that is worth stopping at on rare occasion. read more

After a dinner when I had to skip dessert to attend a program, I decided to give Sonic a try as I had never been to one in the years I've lived here. I parked at a pull up station and checked out the menu for some treat. I opted to get a Sonic blast with Oreo cookie. I had to back out and come in closer to reach the ordering button. After I placed my order, I had a bit of difficult paying. I was hoping thery'd have contactless paying but they don't. You insert your card in the slot and wait for the tranaction to be approved. It was not well lit. I inserted the card the wrong side the first time. I then tried the other way. It went through but then I got a message I could pay the person who brought the drink. When he brought the drink, he told me it was already paid. Go figure. You get your drink and a plastic wrapped spoon. It would be nice if there was a napkin in the plastic with the spoon but there isn't. After these complaints, I have to say the blast was very good. I enjoyed this treat but it won't be a common thing. The closest Sonic is halfway to the Strip. There are other good options in the neighborhood. I will stop if I'm near a Sonic but it will be a treat that I enjoy sparingly. Also, the medium should be called large. It is big. read more

I rarely go to Sonic anymore since the last few times I've went at different locations they have been a letdown. As a teenager in high school we used to go to Sonic in Cheraw , South Carolina in the 80's and hangout , eat frito pies , tater tots , and chili dogs. We would park our old muscle cars and everyone cruised around and had a good time. The food was fast food yes , but it was much better quality than it is today. I go to Sonic now once or twice a year just for the memories. I came here the other night and got a footlong chili dog , tater tots , and a cherry slushie. I have to say the last time I was here the chili dog was much better. This time I ate most of it , but didn't finish it. Something tasted off and I want to say it was the cheese. The tater tots were okay , and the cherry slushie was actually pretty good. When I went to leave I got a M&M Blast to take home. It was okay also , but I've had better. I ate at one of the outside tables instead of in my car to enjoy the weather. Most of the tables were clean , but one had a drink on it when I sat down and after 2 different employees came out a couple times to bring other cars their food and one lady who was also eating outside , the drink was still on the table when I left. It would have taken either one a second to throw it in the trash. Also when I got my order they didn't give me any ketchup for the tater tots and I had to go to the door and ask for some. I did the 2 for $7 Special and got a Chicken Sandwich with my order that I took home for the next day for lunch. The lettuce was old , I mean really old looking and wilted. I threw away the lettuce and ate maybe half of the chicken sandwich and threw it away. I got a hamburger and food poisoning a few years ago from the Sonic across from the Palm's Hotel and Casino and haven't been back to that one since. I was in the hospital so sick I went through 2 IVs from everything coming out both ends , sorry to be so graphic. Anyway , I go to the one in Pahrump maybe once every 2 years when I visit a friend that lives there and again always the chili dogs. I've never had a bad meal at that one. read more

On national hot dog day I did a side by side taste comparison between Wienershnizel and Sonic and I had never really had either before (maybe once a long time ago) and Wienerschnitzel is the better hot dog but I do like the other options at sonic like the breakfast burritos and value meals. Also, huge shout out to my server, I think his name was Shaedyn. Extremely friendly and helpful when the app wasn't working. Seem like a great person. For fast food fare, I really like Sonic choices. Once in a while the drive thru is packed and the wait can be rather long. It's classic flavors that I expect. The onion rings are the best ever! Don't bother even trying this location. We used the mobile app to order and pulled into our spot to wait. Checked in correctly and everything. After 20-ish minutes we inquired about our order. The sign flashed to someone is delivering your order. Cool, awesome....no one came. We pushed the button again and were put on hold. A young male came out to ask what's up & we asked where Isabella was with our order. He went inside to investigate. Ten minutes later the (I assume) manager then came out to find out what was wrong. He told me we didn't order. I showed him our order on the mobile app. He left to go investigate. After another 15 minutes I tried to cancel the order and was put on "hold" again. About 7-10 minutes later the "manager" came out with our food. This was by far the worst service we've received at a Sonic. The shakes were lackluster in taste and we did not finish them. It was hot and we had been walking a while so slushees sounded delicious. We ordered via the app and our order was missing a few items. The employees were apologetic and made sure we got what we needed. I got a slushee and large tots! Friends got slushees, chicken sandwiches with fries and tots, and an Oreo frosty dealio. I'm not basing this review on. How delicious the restaurant is. We all know sonic is kind of well we know what to expect. It's edible but it's not incredible so I'm basing this on my other experiences with sonic. This is my second sonic. I went to tonight I went to one out in warm Springs because I was visiting a friend and it was horrible experience there so when I got to this one and I was able to pull right up to the speaker box and the person who is taking the orders greeted me right away when asked me if I was ready to order and I said yes I'm ready to order. Are you ready to take it and he said I sure am and I did not have to repeat anything, however I did ask for a honey mustard, dipping sauce, and I did not get that and there was no mustard for my corn dog. I just wanted a lot of different things and I knew I wasn't gonna eat all of them but I did not care. And suspiciously my order was very close to $14.65 just like my other order was at the previous sonic so I kind of wonder if the other location I didn't actually hear correctly and she realized she screwed up anyway that's neither here nor there. The food was OK but the service was so much better and I got up to the window. I didn't have to wait very long for my food. I have only been once to a sonic before which was in Louisiana years ago. Tonight I craved a McFlurry and I wanted to see if the m&m ones here were any different. I drove up and as I see every time I drive by: super busy. I found a spot and ordered, it was easy. Then the wait wasn't too bad knowing there were at least 10 other cars there. And then it came out: Waw a medium is cheaper than a small at McDonald's, and is enormous, there's no way I ever finish this. And it tastes exactly the same. So now I know it's better to get it here! And they have the balls to call it a fast food restaurant- This review is about the restaurant at 6500 W. Sarah Ave. in Las Vegas. Took the family to this location to have lunch after finally ordering from the speaker box we sat in front of the box for over 20 minutes and didn't move four or five cars in front of me didn't move either for the whole 20 minutes. Watched at least eight cars leave from the back of me because we weren't moving at all. Finally, I could not wait any longer and I left myself. It's been a long time since we e had a sonic burger , we decided to try some today . They were awful. Flavorless and messy. I ordered mine with no tomatoes nor pickles and I got both. Way too much sauce . Terrible service with an attitude . I guess these young kids don't care about customer service . I feel like if I'm gonna have to wait a long time in a long line. I should be able to pull my car into a spot to turn it off and wait for my food and enjoy it. Sometimes I just come for a cherry lemonade, which I came for the other night I had to wait in a long line to get a drink that wasn't me correctly rude service from the staff. No one's forcing them to work there they're getting paid by the hour so at the end of the day they can at least make a drink correctly. All I wanted was what I paid for. I now have to wait an additional 30 minutes in drive through because they are so slow and can't do their job. I get to window only to be berated and told if we don't have the people it's drive through only. I said how am I supposed to know that, the app doesn't say that. We'll figure it out, I was told. Absolutely rude people but they certainly can deliver food and drinks to the friends waiting in a stall.
