I decided to go to Capriotti's to pickup a sandwich for lunch. Normally, I love Capriotti's. The service was good but the sandwich I ordered was a little bit disappointing. I ordered the Capistrano, the pastrami was fine but the coleslaw was so salty which kind of ruined the sandwich. Maybe, I might try something else next time. But the Capistrano is one of my favorites from Capriotti's. Hopefully, the coleslaw part will not be so salty next time. read more

I've always gotten sandwiches here (Chatsworth shop) and they've usually been great. Very disappointed in this Chicken Balsamic Vinaigrette salad though. The official pics show large pieces of chicken and the salad appears to be larger in size. What was included on mine were small, shredded sized pieces which all together don't amount to much protein. Taste-wise it was fine, but as far as quantity of food for the price, I'll stick with Pollo Loco's Double Chicken Tostada which is almost the same price and has way more food. read more

I have been eating Capriotti's my whole life starting in my hometown in Delaware and love it. The sandwich's I received today were terrible. I asked for extra mayo and American cheese. There was no mayo at all on our sandwiches and provolone cheese. I paid for double cheese and did not receive that either. It was clearly typed in bold on the receipt stapled on my food bag and the requests were just straight up ignored. Sandwiches are advertised to come with salt pepper and oregano. There was none on my sandwich. Lastly there is a free grilled cheese available on the add on menu where it states you can order up to 3 per order? I ordered one and it was also clearly on the receipt and did not receive it. Why offer it at all if the order is ignored? I WOULD NOT recommend this Capriotti's and would give zero stars if I could. read more

Well, I come to this cappriottis a lot since I live across the street and it is normally pretty spot on. I do not know what happened today, but this was just not it. Of course my favorite is The Bobbie which I get about 90% of the time I eat there, so I can definitely say I know how this sandwich is supposed to look and taste.. and this was neither.. there was sooooo much cranberry on this thing (and no I did not ask for extra cranberry). My boyfriends sandwich was the same way. I tried to take some off myself but all of the stuffing was soaked up with it as well so in the end I was basically left with dry Turkey.. Been to several Capriottis locations and this is by far the best location. Starting with customer service, being greeted upon entering every time makes my experiences memorable with my 7 year old daughter. She recognizes the team welcoming us even if they are occupied with a customer, letting us know we are noticed. I explained to her they treat us like friends here that's why we keep coming back! She even says; well that's nice:). The manager Juan always makes sure we're satisfied with everything and I appreciate the fact that he cares about his customers. Service is quick and friendly, sandwich is made where you can see it. They seem to thrive in the location due to the nearby college. Add in that their sandwiches are well-priced: the small clocks in at just under $7.50. Criticisms: This location closes at 8PM, which makes sense if their only business is the college crowd but living nearby, I can't go nearly as often as I would if they were open a bit later. Chain's sandwiches start at a small, clocking in at 9". For the Bobbie, that's nearly 1000 calories, total overkill. Wish they had a size smaller than small, like a half-size called a mini.
