My boyfriend had never been to Shake Shack before, so we figured it was time for him to try it at least once. We went to the Downtown Summerlin location and it was busy. We ordered on the tablets off to the side, which was easy enough, but it ended up taking longer than expected for our food to come out. We decided to take our food to go and ate outside in the courtyard overlooking the pond, which was a great spot to sit and enjoy the weather. The food itself was good. The cheeseburger and fries were good enough but for me it's hard to justify paying prices like that for a cheeseburger. When you ask anyone who does work there behind the counter for help they could really care less if you're in their store or they have to work at all. so to order a burger fries and a Coke came to almost $22. The machine asks you for your name and phone number so it can text you and then it won't go any further. One time I did get it to go to the next screen after about six tries and it wouldn't go past me telling it the number of the plastic thing they leave on the counter for you to sit in a table and wait for your food. First time at this location and I opted to try the K-Stack BBQ burger, instead of my usual Shack Stack. I usually have regrets when I don't get my regular order, but OMG the K-Stack was SOOOO GOOD. I really feel that this is a 3.5. It's better than it is worse, so I went up to a 4. I've never had shake shack before this is my first time and what really attracted me was I saw they had a sticky toffee pudding milkshake for the season and I love sticky toffee pudding . So I'm gonna stick to the actual sticky toffee pudding rather than the milkshake. I had this delivered through Uber eats I live about 5 miles away and by the time my shit got to me the whipped cream had completely melted, and it was really soupy. It didn't have a good flavor to it at all. They also did not include a straw. That was inconvenient and very annoying. How do you forget to pack a straw with a milkshake? I had gotten a grilled cheese sandwich which was packed right next to the very cold milkshake so by the time I got it, my sandwich was cold and I wish I had popped it in the microwave because even though it was cold, I ate the whole thing it was actually very good . So I'm sure it would be really fantastic hot. I think they really need to work on packing there to go orders and thinking about how much that milkshake is going to cool the food down. I got a plain cheeseburger and it was fantastic. I think it was a little bit on the expensive side, but I really enjoyed it and I would pay that money again. However I will go there in the future rather than have it delivered because the food just did not hold up well, which is what I find when you have fast food delivered so that was a me problem not of them problem I believe. If you're looking for a solid burger and fries, this is definitely a decent spot to try out. It's located in Downtown Summerlin near a spacious parking lot, so it's easily accessible. As we walked in, the employees didn't acknowledge us, so we figured that the food was ordered through the kiosk. Since it was hot outside, we decided to grab an indoor table and waited about 15-20 minutes before the food came out. I will say, the food came out piping hot and smelled absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the double cheeseburger and I decided to get the ShackBurger with extra Shacksauce, a side of cheese fries (cheese on the side) and a fountain drink to share. These burgers were juicy and cooked very well, but it needed a bit more seasoning. The fries were somewhat crispy with a very soft interior and they paired perfectly with the creamy cheese sauce. For some reason I thought the Shacksauce had more flavor, but it was definitely more mayo based. I wanted to check this particular Shake Shack out here in Downtown Summerlin. I received a few rewards for my purchase and I was able to use them with my orders. I ordered an Avocado Bacon Angus Cheeseburger but without the bacon, and a half slice of cheese. Ross, Kie, Sebastian, and Sabrina were so friendly, working as a team. My Crinkled fries took awhile before coming out the fryer but I'm glad they had No Salt, and were cooked thoroughly. I also ended up getting a Banana Pudding Shake as you can see from my photos. It's Phat Gal Friday, lol. Plus my doctor told me that I needed to start eating MORE FATTY PROTEIN. I went from 218lbs in Texas back down to 185lbs here in Las Vegas since moving back in June. I can stand to lose at least 25 more before the New Year. Now the inside dining experience was nice. There's huge benches inside, and outside, there's plenty of outdoor patio furniture with umbrellas. Being 62 degrees cooler this evening and how it looks like Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz might twirling around in the wind. I'd think they'd have the heated patio lamps outdoors. This Shake Shack location is pretty standard. It was clean and the staff was attentive and friendly. There are some kiosks for ordering, which was a nice way to keep the process quick. We ordered a double Shack Stack, the 'Shroom burger, chicken bites, and fries. Most everything we very good. Fries were crispy, chicken wasn't dry, and the burger was great. I wanted to like the 'Shroom burger more and knew there would be cheese in the mushroom patty, but the cheese really overwhelmed the flavor of the whole burger. I'll skip this option moving forward. As we walked in there was a group of people at the all the ordering kiosks, so we just went to the cash register and ordered old school-which I prefer cause I'm old . We were given a number, and went to sit down. The food was brought to us, nice touch. The cheeseburgers are amazing, the crinkle fries, and cheese fries were really good , my chocolate shake was good and my husband's banana pudding shake was really good. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5 star, the place needed a good cleaning. In all fairness, we were there after what may have been a lunch rush time. When we first arrive it was busy as usual, but chaotic. The person on register would just stare at you and not greet or smile. Many decided to go to the kiosk instead cause of this. We decided to go to the registers since all kiosk were full. We ordered the cheeseburger, avocado chicken bacon sandwich, 2 cheese fries with cheese on the side, and 2 lemonades. The guy on register with blue eyes did not repeat our order back. We were given a number and didn't even say to have a good day. He seemed like he didn't want to be there unfortunately. 1/5 in service already. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and was then brought by an older gentleman whose service was good. 5/5 for his service Me and my partner then noticed our second lemonade was missing and our cheese wasn't on the side and no straws given. I decided to go pay for another lemonade, but there was no person on register and just decided to go to the kiosk. Waited another 10 minutes for just a lemonade. Decided to wait behind the counter minding my business, and noticed a lot of health violations happening. Heard many complaints from the staff on where the manager is, trashes full, and staff not in hairnets. A girl by the lemonade stand who had extremely long nails with some missing on her hand and her hair was falling out of her hair clip. Another worker that had his pants falling and hat to the side with a bandana. No gloves in sight except for the cooks. Many were touching their face and hair. It looked chaotic because it looked like there was no management. I work in the food industry as management so I noticed more things than others do. It was unfortunate to see all this because you can see the stress in all the staff, but they do have to have a health card in order to work in food so they know better too. Finally went back to the table and to try and at least enjoy a little bit of the food, but then.... Fries were uncooked and soggy. The only good things were the burgers. Fries 1/5, cheeseburger 3/5, chicken avocado bacon 3/5, strawberry lemonade 5/5. We finally decided to leave and noticed on the way out that the trash was overfilled and tables were dirty. I don't want to say anything negative about the runner who was the older gentleman because he was trying his best to clean and run tables, but he was the only one, while the kitchen had a 10+ staff and decide to chat their way. Lost a customer: As a family of 4 and always on the go we order from Shake Shack approx twice a week but the food has consistently went down hill fast. Not only are they sending out raw chewy bacon but to try and pass that very small piece of brown mush off as an avocado is disgusting. On top of the food being very poor quality, In the past 8 orders there was "3 Times" that they did Not send any dipping sauces. Our order is usually 4 sandwiches and 4 chicken bites. Good old Shake Shack. It's been a reliable fast dining option for our family across the nation. This location was actually where we had our very first Shake Shack experience over a decade ago. It's be enjoyable to see it stay here in Downtown Summerlin. Unfortunately, we have noticed a steady decline in service and cleanliness at this location. Food has come out lukewarm at best and sometimes the fries have been served a bit stale. Other times, it's been a great and delicious experience that we've come to expect from a Shake Shack. We enjoy the dog friendly patio and that they offer two dog treats on their menu. The hefty "Pooch-ini" which is not intended for small dogs, and a bag of bones that is produced by Bocce' Bakery. In all, we've mostly enjoyed our visits to this location. Be sure to check out any monthly food promotions on Shake Shack's website. March 2025 has the most I've seen in a long while! read more

I love Shake Shack, It's not my favorite burger chain, but it always feel like a little bonus treat when I go. I get the classic bacon cheeseburger and it's always so delicious. The crinkle cut fries are so crispy and salty and soft all at once, and the burgers have great meaty flavor. My BF tried the BBQ seasoned crinkle cut fries this time, which we'd probably not order again (just a bit too strong), and just opt for the regular fries. I love this location above others because it feels particularly spacious and the patio is a nice option when it's not searingly hot out. Service is pretty quick and we got our food within 10 minutes of ordering. Solid location! read more

So clearly you don't clean them since presumably that would be part of your nightly cleaning before you close. And furthermore, they should be cleaned/disinfected after every few uses. read more

My sister and I were out shopping on a Saturday afternoon and decided we needed lunch, but something quicker than a sit down and better than typical fast food. We settled on Shake Shack at the Summerlin mall, and boy, was it busy! There was a line to order, but mainly because people were waiting to use the kiosks instead of going to the 2 people available to take orders. Because we were fine ordering directly with the cashier, we were able to jump the line. My sister got the shack burger with their lemonade, and I got the chicken shack with cheese fries and a strawberry shake. My sisters burger looked really good, and she said it was pretty tasty. I thought the chicken shack was perfect! The chicken was fried so nicely, and the herb mayo was such a nice touch. My shake was delicious, tasted like a real ice cream shake, and the cheese fries were a bit of a letdown. While the fries were decent, the cheese was almost bland. The service we received was top-notch, everyone was very friendly! They even bring your food out to your table. The main reason I give it 4 stars is partly because of the bland cheese, but also because of the seating. There were a lot of people in there, and we got very lucky that someone had just left for us to be able to sit down. What we noticed while eating was that some of the booths and tables were being used by people who slipped in and were just sitting and chilling with no food or with drinks and stuff from other places. If we hadn't found the table we did, we would have had to sit outside during winter to eat our food or take it back to our car. I have 2 young kids and they LOVE going to Shake Shack in Downtown Summerlin. Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly difficult for us to have an enjoyable experience at this location, and it's getting to the point that we no longer want to dine here. Most of the problems we encounter center around unsupervised, loitering groups of teens. One visit, the table of teens next to us were shouting profanities and it was pretty offensive to my small kids. I didn't want them hearing that, so we moved tables. I didn't say anything to the table of teens, but they did not like the fact that we moved, because they proceeded to taunt my family, saw us outside of the restaurant and threw a shoe at us. I called mall security. Another time while we were dining there, a group set off a stink bomb. It was disgusting and our meal was ruined by the putrid smell. And this most recent time I dined here with my family, our entire order was stolen by the table of teens next to us. They said it was their order, grabbed as much of it as they could, and left a disheveled mess at the table. We felt so violated. The staff did make us a new order, but we had been waiting so long for our stolen food and then had to wait for a second order, that we had little time to eat, as we had a time commitment. The management does not seem to have this loitering situation under control and it is only getting worse. I don't know the solution, but I do know it needs to be addressed. I really hope management gets this under control, so we can feel comfortable dining here again. read more
