Absolutely terrible service. We ordered on the app parked in the mobile order spot and checked in. We sat there for 12 minutes then had to get out and push the service button on the patio. They told us to go through the drive through really rudely. We then sat in the drive through for another 17 minutes. DON'T visit this sonic terrible. read more

Horrible service. The tall skinny white guy HAND-WROTE MY ORDER and still got it wrong!!!! They in the back laughing and taking so long to make the food, the black guy that works there was so high that he made our drinks twice but only gave us two straws. On Friday we ordered two breakfast burritos on the app and when we got to the restaurant there wasn't anyone there. The sign said they were open at 7:00 am and it was past 8:00. We still have not gotten our money back even after we called the corporate office. If the restaurant is not open the app should let you know so you can find another place to eat. Would not recommend this location, only reason my family goes here is for a quick slushy. Even that is hit/miss with service. Today I was in line & ordered 3 medium slushies. I came here recently for a drink later in the day and it was a pretty good Sonic location. They seemed to be a little short-staffed as there was a decently long line, but the women working there were incredibly friendly and were going as fast as they could. I'm always a sucker for the Sonic drinks (they're always the best). We were staying at Great Wolf Lodge near this sonic and the kids wanted ice cream and all the shops were closing so we figured sonic was open let's go there. We are from Indiana and our sonic is fantastic, this sonic however is absolutely horrible. It looks terribly maintained and unclean. The staff were all younger and was coming in and out of the store working on one of the guys cars and vaping. After getting our ice cream orders straightened out I look at the fries we ordered. Dry as a bone, you can tell they were very old. After asking for some fresh ones, the reply was "it will take 10 minutes and we can't under cook them or we can get fired." I know they don't take 10 minutes but I say I don't want them and gave them back. He asked what do I want. I said my money back for the fries. They then give me more fries that you could tell were old but dipped in hot oil again. Absolutely disgusting also. We threw them away and drove off. However, my kids wanted a slush the other day so I thought I would give them another try. Once again, pulled into a stall, pushed the button and waited. No one took my order. Understand short handed due to Covid. Food cooked ahead of time. Put in warmer or just left out. All the years there always happy with quality of food. This was so dried out hard to explain . Typical fast food, but the experience of having someone bring your food to your car is always fun. Sonic does offer a wide variety of fast food options, shakes, drinks, and more. If you go during Happy Hour you can save a couple of bucks, which is a bonus. My personal favorite is the popcorn chicken, because it actually tastes like chicken as opposed to a McDonald's chicken nugget. The staff here is usually very friendly, which is not always the case with these sorts of restaurants. read more

My first time eating at a Sonic was actually in 2009 when we first moved to the area. However, it was not our first trip to a Sonic. We've tried to go to two other locations and never got service, even in the drive through. The food is pretty good, the things to get excited about in my opinion would be the tots & the milkshakes. Tonight at 9pm I had a HORRIBLE experience at this location. I was so disrespected by the manager she called me a F'n B. We waited 25 minutes for her to come across the intercom and say I'll get your order when I can. I said ok thank you. I waited for a little while and looked over the flashing light was out so I hit the button again and waited. While my husband and I waited we were talking and said wow it really is taking them a long time to answer this tonight. He said yeah we have never waited 25 minutes just to order. I said yeah and I only need to order 2 things. Then i looked around and said i wonder if they took their order. She came across the intercom and said we can hear everything you are saying just so you know. I said ok whatever. She said what the hell do you want to order. I said never mind we will leave I don't want spit in my burger. Thanks anyway. She stopped me as I was backing out to tell and scream at me call me names and tell me that I can NEVER COME TO SONIC AGAIN. I'm sorry but no matter how mad you are you NEVER treat a guest that is paying your paycheck that way. I have been in this industry for 30years. This Sonic location is consistently sub-par. We don't go there very often but I think this evening might be the last time. It is usually a nice surprise when they get a drive through order correct, but that is pretty rare, and odd considering how long it takes to get through the drive through. Often the food is cold and not appetizing looking (ie: soggy toast/bread/bun.) Overall quality and experience are poor. They simply don't deserve the business and there are better options in the area. read more
