My son was refused food because the Latina woman felt she was yelled at. She was talking so fast it took us 3 times to slow her down enough to get the order right. The lady at the drive through window was obviously stressed tonight. We get up to the window and she hands my fiancé a shake and says "here's your vanilla". My fiancé said we didn't order a vanilla. She then says oh "it's nutter butter". Again he says we didn't order a nutter butter we ordered a peanut butter Oreo. She whips out the receipt and says "THE RECEIPT SAYS PEANUT BUTTER OREO! All of the times I come here I order a burger. I don't think one time I actually got the burger I ordered. I don't get anything special they just fix whatever burger they want and give it out. My husband once ordered their good morning drink, after paying with a debit card and waiting for 10 minutes for the drink they told him they dont have the suryp to make the drink, gave him cash and did not offer to make something else....Up side is they have very good drinks (if they have the stuff to make it) and you can get them cheap during their happy hour read more

I have had issue after issue with this specific restaurant. They always mess up our order (we change nothing, no special way to make our food, just ordering right off the menu) and so many of them have been rude. This past time, I pulled up to the drive thru board to order. No one said anything, I was still looking and we were deciding so that was fine, but after 3 minutes I said "hello" to get no response. Waited a minute and said it again and no response so I asked the person with me if they had asked us to hold and I just didn't hear them. After my third "hello, are you there?" the girl did her spiel and then asked me to hang on. I said ok. I ordered our food and while doing so, she laughs talking to a co worker, misses a couple of items, so I repeat it. Then asked her to repeat it please (because she obviously wasn't fully paying attention). She had an attitude. I pull up to the window, no one in front of me. There's a girl who takes my card and I pay, then she goes away. There are at least 8 workers that we see. After 8 minutes of sitting at the window and no one coming to it to say sorry and they're waiting on something, nothing...I knock on the window. (Let me also add that the girl who took my money, also took money from cars behind me, and also took food to them - I'm talking 2 or 3 diff cars. Our order was a normal order. 2 meals, and a couple of small items for 1 small kid). She opens it and I ask if she can tell me what it is we are waiting on because no one has come to the window to let us know anything. I wasn't rude, snarky, nothing. Just looking to see what's wrong because I'm now at 20 minutes between the board to order where they were so unprofessional and at the window being ignored. Even then, still no attitude. She just says she isn't the cook so she doesn't know (seriously?! I worked in fast food at a young age. Doesn't matter. You can still go ask and look for YOUR order since you're working drive-thru!) and some girl in a purple shirt comes over telling her the food in her hand isn't for us. She says she knows. I stopped her because the girl wasn't doing anything wrong, she was responding to me and I then repeated my question. She leans toward the window with this huge attitude to inform me that they are understaffed (the person with me was like what?? There are like 8 people in there that we can see??) and is so unbelievably rude! I was like, there is no need to be rude, I'm asking a simple question because I've been in line for over 20 minutes now and barely spoken to anyone. I just wanted to know what it was that was holding up our order (jumbo chicken - medium order, 2 snack size wraps, 1 medium tot, 1 corn dog with a small tot) because my infant was not having that wait time which I can't blame her. She throws her hands up and walks away literally didn't even say anything besides the "I'm just asking a simple question since no one has said anything to me in the 20+ minutes we've been waiting in this line" minus any and all attitude. I couldn't believe it! But it's ALWAYS this location!!! I mean, Sonic has a lot of mess ups on simple orders but the rudeness is astounding!! Sad place.... very slow service all the time. Despite that I still eat here once a week. Tonight I went after work to drive through. On my way I got into a phone call with my father so when I arrived at sonic I pulled into a spot to finish up before I order. I was sitting there for about 10 minutes and to my surprise a police offer pulled in next to me and asked me to roll down my window. Shocked I asked my father to hang while the officer asked what I was doing. I replied finishing up a call before I placed my order. He said the folks at sonic called them for me sitting in there lot because I had not ordered yet?? Unbelievable!! So not only is the service horrendous but if you try to finish your business before you order they may call the police. WTF read more

Was there with my friend to get some slushes and worker made false claims about us "recording" her. Food is okay but 2 medium slushes for $6.30 is way overpriced for the crap that you get. My friends slushy didn't even have flavoring in it, just ice. read more

Slow service. I waited in the drive thru for 14 minutes the other day. While I applaud the person who came out to run my card through, he forgot to hand me my food and my card so I had to wait anyway (2 cars back). Made no sense?? I went again last night, was the only person in to pull up in the drive thru, ordered tator tots and an icecream. Waited 11 minutes because while they made my icecream, they forgot to start the tator tots. The icecream was a snickers blastopia and they put a scoop or 2 tops. The kids working at this sonic are great. I am always impressed by their customer service. Today I went & got a milkshake. I was waiting in line 3 cars back & to my surprise they brought the milkshake out to me and ran my debit card & I didn't have to wait. One time when going through the drive thru they gave my dog a dog treat, so sweet. Very nice touches. read more
