I'm not one to complain... but the food was awful. All of it! Almost inedible. The chicken was rubbery (I literally gagged) and the burger was so messy and greasy I didn't eat even half of it. The only thing consistent about this location is that my order is consistently not correct. I give this place two stars, simply because I do like this fast food burger once it was been returned a time or two (every time). My husband and I always order the same thing. From some reason we went to one of the menu drive ins and wanted to look through the menu. We made our minds up and made the order, and as we were going to pay with our card we noticed our order never was promoted on the screen although we spoke with someone over the promoter. We must of waited 15 minutes because both my husband and I used the bathroom at different times worried the waiter would come by with our shakes. Never happened. We got fed up and went to the drive through and made the order for one strawberry shake and an Oreo blast. Finally got our order and noticed we only had one transaction on our bank account. Worst sonic ever. They get our orders wrong literally every time - sometimes more than once. The burgers are assembled like and look like disasters. Cold fries, unsalted and under cooked tots, unmixed drinks, extremely curt staff... and give absolutely zero fucks about customer happiness. Didn't even offer to comp our meal that they screwed up TWICE *and* allowed my Husband stand outside their little building for over ten minutes in 40° weather while they remade stuff. I've already gone over that, and frankly, It's just as two-star as the service I'm about to talk about at the Manchester location. Yeah, it's basically brand new. But brand new means busy, and busy means waiting. And trust me when I say that the wait times are not consummate with the food received. You can get better food at Wendy's accross the street, and not wait at a drive thru for 15+ minutes to get it. Maybe Sonic will earn more stars when the crowds start to dissipate. read more

Staying close by Sonic makes me crave their cheddar peppers. These peppers are so yum n crisp, I swear its the best on the planet. They also have veggie burger which makes me crave even more to snack. The bun is really soft n nice. The patties are a little different. Taste wise is good. The patio service is a little disappointing, cant hear properly most of the times while ordering. I enjoy the car service. The address of this sonic is incorrect. This Sonic is NOT in TN. I'll be fixing it as we go. Sonic Drive-Ins came to CT in the past few years. They were highly anticipated (by me, my son, and many we know) as they've been purported to have fantastic food and drinks. In fact, the drink selection is pretty amazing. However, I have found that the anticipation of Sonic's arrival outweighs the actual experience. Last night's meal, which had to be quick due to another engagement, was an average burger and tater tots. I didn't completely dislike it, of course, but you'd think the faceless voice in the speaker at the stall would get the order correct. I asked for BBQ sauce on my burger and didn't get any. And they screwed up my companion's hot dog by not bringing it out. She had to go to the window to get both the hot dog and the receipt. I ordered a milk shake...which was very thick. But when I say "no whip, please", I expect you to follow that request. Nope...whipped cream piled high. Sigh. To be honest, I don't know why I keep ordering shakes when I hit Sonic...they're so think they're almost undrinkable. I think I pulled a muscle sucking it out of the straw. If I could do no star, I would. We went to the movies, and we thought that we should get something fast. We went to Sonic, And ordered our food. Once we got to the front, we waited 10 mins and they asked why were still here. We didn't get our food. Another 5 mins have past, and they gave us our iced tea. Thats all they gave us. We left, and the Manager said he was going to refund, because we decided to leave. After, we went to Wendy's, and it took us about 2.5 mins to get our food. Definitely the best fast food I've ever had, and the drinks were amazing, too! I eat fast food more than I'd like, and this place takes #1 for taste and quality. I got a jr. double cheeseburger and a chicken finger sandwich: the cheeseburger was surprisingly not greasy and surprisingly very good. The same went for the chicken fingers- no grease, just good quality chicken. My girlfriend got the bacon cheeseburger and loved it as well. My fave part was all the drinks- i honestly was blown away by the unique selection. I ended up getting a milkshake & my girl got a really good drink called "ocean water" (sprite + coconut flavoring). There were also numerous different drinks including real-fruit slushies, regular slushies, and more that I forgot. I'll be heading here for sure every time I'm in that area. read more

Hi, I work in the area and wanted something quick for lunch, after some online research, I saw the carhop special on your website. Also being a big Pumpkin fan, I saw your pumpkin pie milk shake and got excited. So I stopped by this afternoon and ordered just that, a carhop special. I was told promptly that they were out of onion rings (strike one) but that he could sub them for tots or fries. I then ordered the Pumpkin shake and was told they were out of pumpkin flavor. (strike two) The very two reasons for me going there were halted by someone who obviously needs a lesson on ordering. And if you were wondering what the third strike is, well that would be the wait time. I only get a half hr. lunch and really didn't want to spend it in the line ordering food you guys do not have.
