I am deeply dissatisfied with my recent experience at this location and have decided not to place any future orders here. My concerns begin with what appears to be a lack of professional management, raising questions about the staff's maturity and expertise. Despite ordering in advance via the app and promptly arriving, my service was delayed, and the quality of the food was poor. The most troubling part was receiving a melted milkshake that seemed to have been neglected, evidenced by it dripping from an obviously pierced and poorly sealed cup. This oversight led to a messy spill on both the outside of my car and inside of my car. I had the milkshake overflowing in my cup holder, and on my steering wheel and on the outside of my car door. I suspect the damage to the cup may have been caused by the careless handling of the employee with her long finger nails. I didn't have much of a choice but to get in the drive through line and get and get napkins and a second cup to stop the milkshake from leaking. As I waited at the drive through window no one was paying attention and did not open the window until a few minutes later when they realized I was there. There were four employees conjugated at the window laughing at my complaint which infuriated me even more. I did not get the opportunity to get their names but they all appeared to look like teenagers running the place. I'm not sure what has happened to the customer service at this location but it used to be a great place to grab food and now it seems to have gone downhill. Furthermore, the nostalgia and charm once associated with this establishment, including staff on skates, seem to have vanished, diminishing the overall experience. The food quality, particularly the onion rings, was unsatisfactory; they were mashed and lumped together, indicating improper storage and or improperly cooked. This was the worst experience of my life. The service is HORRID. Specifically Kyra at the window was extremely rude and needs an attitude check. Kyra messed up our order then continued to argue with us over what we ordered like gurl please. Kyra had a nasty look on her face during every interaction and her rude tone was unnecessary. The sprite had more ice than the tundra if it had gone through another ice age, it took four sips for the sprite I had payed for to disappear, and mind you this is the sprite kyra had claimed we had not ordered and argued with us over its presence on the receipt. Layout of this location is a little confusing to get to the drive thru since it is between where you would park and dine. Shakes are acceptable, not the worst option if you are dining on the cheap and want to do something a little different than your typical fast food burger joint, but nothing too different. read more

This is decent spot, they have tons of different shakes and you can always find something you like. They skate out to your car which is cool. They have good fried cheddar peppers and coney dogs. I will be back, they have so many good things to pick from and all their food is made to order since they have over 90 items on the menu between drinks and food items. Have been here lately grabbing food through the Drive thru and haven't had the best experience. It takes forever for them to take an order through the speaker. As I was sitting in the drive thru for a while waiting for the associate to place the order. I had to correct a couple things on my order after it was misheard. I then drove up to the window to received my food and had to again wait for simple things like side orders of tots or onion rings. There is also the difficulty of getting through the circles to drive through and it's pretty hard to get in and out of Sonic. I would like to update you about the food- the strawberry lemonade tastes like slime, the fries were cold, and the onion rings were burned! In response to my request for a strawberry cheesecake shake with bananas, I received a banana shake with bits of strawberry in it. We won't get into the Alpo chilli and cheese that comes with the hot dogs since it tastes like something cold and generic. My girlfriend and I love to stop for a quick bite because if you order in their app you get 1/2 drinks all day which is an awesome deal. Burgers are decent when you need something quick. They have tons of different drinks to choose from sodas, slushes & milkshakes. Milkshakes are nice and thick too! So if you want to try something a little different and not have to get out of your car you might want to give this place a try. It's a cool concept to treat your car as the restaurant table. Frankly I am not a fan of this concept. I am of the type even if you are starving eating inside the car is strictly prohibited. So far Everytime I went there I sat in one of there outdoor seatings. Except yesterday I decided to try the drive in concept. I still don't think that concept is for me. They have decent burgers and hot dogs. The shakes are good. Even though they are open until mid night, after around 9:30 only drive through will operate and not drive in. I was ordering in drive in after 9:30, and the lady had no patience to listen to my order. I had to correct her three four times and still got a wrong shake. So beware of those timings. They disappoint you with their deals. If you look at their website they are full of deals. But most of these deals are not even listed in their drive in menu. You have to open their site look at it and ask them. And even there there were a lot of 'it includes this but not that scenario'. Totally disappointed with the deals. Food here is cheap enough, so it is ok though. You cannot pay tip with credit card. So need to have some cash with you if want to pay tip. read more

I'm not one to complain... but the food was awful. All of it! Almost inedible. The chicken was rubbery (I literally gagged) and the burger was so messy and greasy I didn't eat even half of it.
