This location has poor management sadly, which is a shame since the location is right off the interstate. Upon arrival, we drove around to try to find a stall to order at. Out of their 3 rows of stalls, only six had the capability to order the other 12-15 stalls were online order pick-up only. When we pushed the button, we were told that they were not accepting orders at the stalls due to staffing-- all orders must be placed through the drive thru. It looks like they were unstaffed greatly, as what looked to be two kids were left alone running the entire kitchen. We pulled into the stall to eat our four combos, which were all warm, fresh, and correct. The food quality reached Sonic's standards and the taste was very enjoyable. I got the fried chicken sandwich and groovy fries-- yum. After we ate, we drove around back to use the restroom; however, this location does not have any public bathrooms at all-- unlike every other Sonic that I have visited. The back bathroom is for employees only. Once we finished our meal, we went to through away our bag; however, the trash was full and overflowing. There was trash left on picnic tables, as well. The food was good and the wait was not bad; however, it seems management or staffing is a great difficulty for this chain location. read more

It is rare that a quick turnaround rest stop meal goes perfectly. However, on a sunny Tuesday at 10:30 in the morning, I had one of the best Sonic experiences of my adult life. My husband and I ordered two #14 combo meals (one sausage one bacon if you're really wondering), a large orange juice and a large iced coffee with milk and a little sugar. We pulled up to the drive-thru window and received one perfectly packed bag and our two drinks. Two piping hot burritos were nestled underneath side-by-side tater tots, so fresh that steam wafted out of the bag when I opened it. When I tell you this iced coffee was the best iced coffee I've had from a fast food restaurant, I'd be only telling you part of the truth. I have paid upwards of $6 for coffee that hasn't been nearly as satisfying and balanced as the iced cold brew prepared for me at this location. If you are taking a trip on Hwy 24 and have to stop to eat, look no further. read more

This sonic use to be my favorite location to grab a good burger and a drink, but now the customer service is terrible and the amount of time it takes to get your order is ridiculous. No one here cares about the quality of food they are putting out. Receiving tater tot's that were hard as a rock and cold. Bacon that looked like it was cooked the morning before. This is a Sonic, so you know what you'll get as far as food. For this particular Sonic, the issue is not the food itself. The issue is the amount of time it takes to get your food. We've been twice in the past few weeks, and on both occasions, we got our food more than 30 min after we placed our orders. Even if we were there during their busiest times (which it didn't seem like we were), I wouldn't expect it to take that long to get food from Sonic. read more

I've tried to come here for two days in a row. First day they closed early and didn't put any notice. Second day I get there and before I can order they say the system is down and it'll be 15 minutes. While we pull over to the order station and check again, (to see if they could just write our order down and have it ready to go when the system is back up) but it asks us to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we click again and then they tell us that they are now drive through only. After getting through the line we're told they are out of ice cream. This place can't get their *act* together. The only redeeming factor was the drive through worker was decently nice about it. read more

Breakfast Ciabatta sandwich is quite delicious. I had one with sausage, eggs, and cheese and my husband had one with bacon and the other two. They were both very good. I have lived nearby forever, and they rarely get our order right. it is usually cold and the fries are usually double dipped or hard as a rock. my husband has actually chipped a tooth on them before. when you try to get them to fix your order right, they act as if it was your fault. half way through my order the girl taking my order said she was new so we went over everything and they STILL got my order wrong and with it totaling 27.00$ you would think that they could atleast try to get it right. when they "fixed it " it was still wrong.
