We went through the drive through and I placed my order I said chili cheese dog three time she said would you like American I thought she meant the type of cheese and she gave me an Americana when I went over to let the staff know what happened the young lady said well your order said Americana .. that is not what I ordered the young lady took the bag did not offer to replace the item and just threw it in the trash can and acted like I was the one with the issue. I ordered on line for a pick up. My order was set for 12:50 at 1:15 my husband went to the door to ask where are food was and he was given the brush off. At around 1:30ish I called into the store. I was told my check in did not make it into the system. When we finally got our order I asked the car hop if my burger was cold and he said " it shouldn't be it was under a warmer but offered to take it in and heat it up for us. This is our weekly stop when shopping in the area. My kiddos love the strawberry lemonade. The chili cheese tater tots are yum! The service is moderately quick. They have a restroom. This location would get zero stars if possible. Ordered two kids meals & two combo meals with ranch & ketchup. It took 35 mins for them to bring our food out. Fries were all cold, no ketchup or ranch. We ordered iced water to drink with the combo meals & were given kid sized cups even though we paid for a medium sized combo. I have never been to a Sonic before. Being from out of town and we were very hungry. We pulled into an available stall and looked at the menu. Only people on the menu side can read the menu at the top of their reader board and paying is also a bit awkward. I being a passenger had to get out and read the menu next to us. Idaho Center Blvd. Location, I placed an order for delivery for a elderly neighbor of mine. 35 minutes later they cancelled my order. Did Not give a reason why it was cancelled. So I told my neighbor that I could order it again and I would just go over and pick it up for them, they said fine. So I ordered for pickup, said it would be ready in 15-18 minutes. 20 minutes after placing the order for pickup, they cancelled it again with no reason given. I had ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries, with nothing added on to them, just a regular order. I am never going to go there again. They have gotten so they have the worst possible service, even when you use the driveup at times you sit there for 5 or more minutes at the speaker waiting for them to take your order. Today, April 30, 2017, at 7:26 pm, I went to get a large diet coke and a large Dr. Pepper with cherry. I got to the window, give my card to lady at the window. She gives my Dr. Pepper and then my Diet Coke, but my Diet Coke was a medium. I told her "Hey, I ordered both larges." She, very rudely/defensively, says "I rang you up for a medium." I wasn't trying to get a large for the price of a medium. I just wanted what I ordered. I would have been fine with her voiding the order or paying the difference. I was kind of speechless at how rude she was. She then said "Have a nice day" in a rude tone. Our experience was less than pleasing! We drove from Ontario to eat here to figure out we would probably never eat here again. Jackie the shift lead was not only rude but not friendly. When she brought out the food she already looked like she hated her job but then when she was taking the food off the tray she was mumbling under her breath and couldn't understand a word she said. Then she ran my husbands card and turned around and handed it back didn't say a word and started to walk off. I said can we have a receipt for that please and she said it's on your bag. I said no I want a receipt for the debit card transaction so after rolling her eyes she walked in got one and walked back out and tossed it on the table and walked off. I had to buzz again because she forgot forks and straws and so her team player brought them out and we said thank you and of course all she has to say is yep. What happened to your welcome???
