Growing up in Montana, the Artic Circle was the first fast food hamburger joint I remember. Thisno e in Caldwell did not disappoint. The burgers have that distinctive taste I remember well, and the team here did an excellent job with our food. The Ranch Burger is my go to, and I was satisfied with my choice. The fries were hot and fresh, and the milkshake I had as a treat was pretty tasty. The restaurant itself was very clean and well maintained which made for a pleasant casual dining experience. I don't live in Caldwell but need to remember this is here for future visits. read more

You know normally it is eatable but tonight was horrible! We took our food back and instead giving a full refund they had the nerve to have us pay for our fries and drinks. Most likely not going back with service like that! read more

We used to go to this location weekly. A few months ago we went and the line was long in the drive through but we stuck it out. It ended up being over 30 minutes before we got our shakes. I then realized they didn't make it the way we like. I let them know and the lady was really rude about it. I asked for it to be corrected. It was another 20 minutes or so before she got us replacement shakes. I was just about to leave when she brought them out. I decided then not to go to them again. I did make the mistake a few weeks ago of going through the drive through again and I heard an impatient voice once again asking me to wait. I realized nothing had changed with customer service so I left and went to Dairy Queen right down the street. They are the complete opposite and I couldn't be happier with Dairy Queen. read more

I have a child with a dairy allergy. I let that be known when I was ordering. I was still offered milk as part of her meal. I raised a concern at this and asked the server why they would offer me that. Manager yelled at me completely unprovoked unhinged and scolding voice. When I talked to the server at the window apologizing if my concern had come across as rudeness. Manager comes up again to yell at me further. Absolutely uncalled for behavior. read more

First off...this place IS NOT Mexican food. It's a hamburger joint. Do yourself a favor: Get a burger. Get some fries. (Don't forget the fry sauce) then EAT. After your done, get a shake (or a malt or a dip cone). You'll be thankful you did. The service is great, they happily made my Strawberry with Oreo shake. Called to complain about cold food received through the drive thru. I spoke to the owner who promptly gave a laundry list of excuses instead of a simple apology (and ideally offering a solution). When i said his customer service was lacking (i used a word that rhymes with hit) he hung up. I called back and apologized for my choice of words and he continued to make excuses. I again said his customer service was poor, he then offered for me to "buy him out". And hung up on me again. read more

Although this chain has been around awhile, we found it only after our move to Caldwell. We use the drive-through most often, but have eaten inside as well. The decor is a little dated and the menu mostly what one would expect from a hamburger joint. The food execution is good, however, with freshly made sandwiches and fresh fries. Don't forget extra fry sauce at the drive-through. It is available in pump stations inside. Akthough their sandwiches are as good as any fast food chain, we usually get their Halibut and fries plate. It comes with two pieces of Halibut nicely breaded, not greasy, and crisp on the outside with the fish flaky and tender. The tartar sauce is good and, of course, the fry sauce makes it all wonderful. More recently Arctic Circle has been offering an option of five large fried shrimp with fries and cocktail sauce. The better half has been getting this regularly. I have begun to opt for a combination with one Halibut piece and three fried shrimp. Although these options are a little pricey for a fast food place, they are an excellent option if hamburegers have gottren old to you. The staff is pleasant and efficient. They are mostly older than the staff in other fast food places and their experience and maturity shows. For a good sandwich with fries and a well made milkshake or a little more fancy meal you won't go wrong at the Caldwell Arctic Circle. read more

I'm hollering about the new attic circle pastrami sandwich burger. The bread is soft and fresh and with the combination meat flavors with the sauce the thing is delicious!! It's pretty big too..so lite eaters can cut in half and share. The artic circle in Caldwell serves hot fresh fries too. The service is friendly, accurate and prompt. The snow makes walking into the place a challenge but I Baha'd the drive thru like a champ. read more

Confused by the 5star reviews. I thought the burger and fries were average (much like Burger King whoppers). Not worth more than 3 stars. Fries and onion rings were nice and crispy. My husband got the halibut and fries and the halibut was crispy and extremely good. The "fry sauce" was pretty good, we'd never had it before we got here and the taste is growing on me. If we go back I will try the pastrami and Swiss. read more
