WORST service ever! Took them 3 times to get my drink order correct. Wow. No condiments included despite request for the condiments.

Poor service, had to pay extra for their error despite repeating the order three times over their crappy loudspeaker. Tater tots left a horrible greasy aftermath on the roof of my mouth and my burger patty was no thicker than a nickel (see picture). read more

VERY HIT OR MISS!! I go here all the time as its on my way to work and home. They get my order completely wrong id say 75% of the time. THey do however try thier best to make up for it, the food is usually good once they get it right, but it is definetely SLOW service. Like I said i will say they are nice and he food is usually good once you get it! One time i got burger and got home and it had all the condiments and lettuce tomato etc on it BUT NO MEAT!!!!!!!! Never go here. I ordered two milkshakes after 20 minutes of not receiving my shakes and asking when I would be getting them I decided to cancel the order. As I was canceling the order an employee working complained to me saying how I couldn't just wait than continued by calling me a "fat bitch", thats some great customer service they teach right there. read more

Me and my family go here at least once every two weeks every single time they get my order wrong. Even after making sure they knew exactly how I wanted it after getting to the window and still giving me the wrong item. sonic is usually my go to place when i'm hanging out with friends, but this time was not so good. all my friends tots were stale, my popcorn chicken was stale, and my fries were cold, stale and from my personal experience from working in the food industry tasted like they were fried twice and left in the heater to harden. next time i'm going to cookout. read more

I visit Sonic 2 to 3 times per week in North Myrtle Beach. I don't know if this is just an isolated week but they seem to be slipping the coke has been weakened flat in the hot dog and chili fries are cold with very little cheese and chili and the cheese is not melted the roll is cold and stale. We went to the Sonic in North Myrtle Beach on Saturday, June 23. My husband ordered the breakfast Burrito combo and I ordered a breakfast Burrito. My husband wanted the Iced Coffee that was pictured with the combo. We were charged an additional $.90 for it. When I questioned it, Tracy, who identified herself as the manager, rudely stated that she had no control over what was advertised in the pictures! When the meals arrived, I asked Tracy what size the Iced Coffee was since they were advertising the large for $1.49. She said mine was a Medium! So I said..you charged me additional money and only gave me a medium? I asked for her district manager's name and she told me Doug something. I have not been able to locate any information on him. I feel like we were charged unfairly and on top of all that...the tater tots were cold and the burritos were awful! Oh, and Tracy said she was the only one there that's why she was delivering food. If a business is going to advertise a product in their pictures I think that they should provide it when it is ordered. read more
