The stalls are very tight and barely fit my truck in and it's a standard short bed single cab so I can't imagine a bigger truck. Took a bit but finally got my drink. I don't give a bad review unless it is truly deserved. We come to this particular Sonic occasionally as we travel by this location. The speakers dont work so they leave items out & then have an attitude the entire time they are taking your order as if it is the patrons fault. Very unprofessional. This has happened the last 2 times we have been there. The sweet people correcting the issue bringing the accurate order are sweet but whoever is taking orders inside & had awful customer service. You can tell when the nice ones try to help that they deal with this all the time doing the damage control for the internal staff. They cook in old grease much if the time & can be tasted in the food. It is very poorly ran- consistently. The woman taking orders should absolutely not be in customer service. If she is a manager, she shouldn't be one. read more

I wasn't impressed with this Sonic. Traveling for work and didn't want to eat in the vehicle, so I took advantage of the indoor seating. They have "ONE" ordering inside, so if traveling with multiple people paying separately you will have to wait or go outside and order. I ordered a #10, chicken finger combo. Food took about 5-10 minutes to come out. Chicken fingers were tiny and just warm. Fries were cooked in old grease and just warm as well. The ambiance is very causal. The inside floor needs to be mopped. It's very sticky!! The lady that brought our food out was nice. I will not be back!! read more

We're local, 95% of the time there is something wrong with the order. Whether it be poorly prepared food or a missed item. Top that off with waiting for 30 min for them to even take your order. Just go to the Wendy's across the street. read more

I have given this site a few chances . The food is sonic quality food. I am not here for some amazing tasting food. I am here for speed and decent food. Unfortunately I get neither. On my third visit I tried the app. It did not help . I checked in at 649 pm, my order was supposed to be ready @ 0650 pm. At 0702 , I pushed the red button and a very polite young man named Cody answered and assured me my food would be delivered shortly. About 7 minutes later , my food was delivered. Cody was polite and read back my order to me. I got my order home and my wife's coney had the cheese smashed into the wrapper . My limeade was 29 oz of ice and about 3 oz of fluid. What is the point of renovating to support your online orders when you're unable to make the items ordered? Every time I try and give this location a chance they disappoint. If Root Beer is unavailable why let people order it? A promotion caught my eye for the buttery root beer so I added it to my bag. In the last 5 visits to this Sonic they've gotten the order wrong 3?times. #1. They forgot to give me the frito pie, when I had already paid for it. Instead of giving me my money back, They insisted I take a free burger coupon #2. They gave me a lemonade drink instead of a slush. #3. TODAY at the speaker box, I asked again for a lemonade slush (addicted??) the girl read back a strawberry lemonade at which I CORRECTED her. Then at the pick up window I realized that it was pink -- a strawberry drink. I insisted she correct. It. Which she did so -- but with a huff and a slammed window. ALSO I saw an order mistake in the stalls as the carhop had to take a drink back and return with another while I was waiting for my turn at the pickup window. There's another Sonic drive in I can use if I go west (into Moore) and I intend to drive the extra mile or so to utilize that business. I HIGHLY value integrity and I fail to see commitment to getting orders right and correcting mistakes honestly. If there's another Sonic nearer or in your travels suggest you do so. I've tried to place an order three different times on their app for the Tuesday special of half price burgers and each time it failed. The food sucks anyway. Definitely not impressed with these people as my father has also called these people "dingbats" and "morons." I gave my wife my card and sonic said it was declined so she used hers and my account shows it being paid so they double charged us. This has happened multiple times. The sonic on 23rd and Santa Fe has double charged my account so many times I only us cash there. This issue has been relayed to me as others having same problem. Their accounting department has no interest in being accountable for these double charges so you have to go to your bank ever time to dispute. No one will talk to you at their corporate headquarters in brick town. read more

I am over it. We have lived in the area for about 7 years and have boycotted this location and tried it again numerous times. The service is terrible. The workers in the drive through are not the least bit interested in providing the level of service one used to enjoy at a Sonic. The orders are wrong constantly. The prep is a joke. (See my pic of the flat burger... this is the norm. They leave out sauces or ranch almost every time, no matter if you remind them at the window. Keep in mind, opening everything and checking in the window also means your food will be cold by the time you get home due to heat escape. It always come down to the lesser of evils. All of this, plus it costs us $20 bucks or more for two of us to eat here. Why people? It is not that good any more and the servings get smaller and smaller. The Sonic size chili cheese fries used to fill the footlong dog carton. You still get the carton, but there is a tiny amount of fries and a sad amount of chili and cheese. For the price, it should be full still. I uploaded a pic that was actually fuller than normal lately and it is still sad! Long story short, the workers dont care, management didnt care, the food is bad, the price is high. No more of this location for us. Morning and lunch shift are normally pretty awesome about timing, correct orders, and friendly service. Night shift is AWFUL. They always get something wrong, the food is stale and cold, and service takes forever. Tonight, we ventured to try the new custard creations. When my husband returned, my dark chocolate Oreo custard was nothing more than a regular blast with a hint of chocolate ice cream. I'd rather go down the road to braums and get a much better mix at a cheaper price. Management needs to crack down a bit in this place! **update: husband took the "custard" back. They only added more chocolate syrup. Upon digging through the cup, there are NO oreos in it aside from the frugal amount they had garnished it with. Apparently the manager asked my husband if he had ordered xyz, and after explaining that he was waiting for our order to be corrected, she shut the window and walked away. Got a large coke zero. Had a strong chemical taste. Could not tell what was in it , felt nauseous . When I took it back they were more concerned about getting the drink back than learning why I was returning it. Took a chance on this Sonic in Harrah because the Choctaw Sonic is consistently bad. Ordered two foot long coneys with tater tots and root beers. One coney had a fresh bun and decent hotdog. The other also had a nice bun but the hotdog was inedible and should have been thrown away a week or so prior. Also ordered a regular "all American" hotdog that pretty good. The root beers were watered down and unacceptable. Will have to drive into Midwest City and try the one at 15th and Post Road. read more

I consume at least 160 ounces of the nectar of the gods weekly and they always come through for me. I order on the Sonic app and pull up to receive my prize. Cars in front of me in line? No problem. The Sonic on I-40 and Choctaw Road has a jerk for a manager. I've been doing customer surveys for years and I'm rewarded with a free drink by Sonic for doing so. I have also been using them at this location for years. As I was headed out of state recently, I stopped in to get breakfast and my drink. The drinks are served fast and the servers are always friendly. There is too much ice usually, but I should ask for little ice, I just don't remember to ask. The hamburgers are usually cold, so I don't order them. However, the ice cream products are wonderful!!!! read more

I live right down the street from this sonic about 2 miles. Every single time I go they mess up. I went in today and got my kids slushes with popping candy and I even ask the guy while he handed me my children's drinks if they had the popping candy and he said yea WELL THEY DIDNT!!! Not to mention they fill the cup up almost all the way up with ice an by the time I get home my friggin drink is already gone ! And they always always always mess up my drink.
