We tried the caramel brownie, New York cheesecake, butter pecan, banana pudding, and butter finger. All were delicious and creamy! We also noticed that the flavors were incredible without being too sweet. If there's a perfect ice cream on earth - this is it! They also have amazing brownies and cookies. If you feel the need to apologize for an item you are serving at a fast food place, perhaps the better part of valor would have been to simply retrieve poor cone and replace it with a proper one which it's proudly displayed on the menu. Perhaps the manager should retrain the employees on customer service and how to dip the chocolate dipped cones as other DQ's do so they are consistent across franchises.
