Staff were friendly on both of our visits and helped guide us through the options. We haven't yet been able to try their signature rolled ice cream -- once due to an anti‑griddle issue, and once because they were out of a specific cream needed -- but fear not, there were plenty of other excellent choices. Some in our group went with classic scoops, but we opted for the Ice Cream Nachos, which turned out to be outstanding. You choose your scoops, and they're served over delicate, crisp pizzelles and drizzled with sauces. We picked Cinnamon Roll and Banana Cream Pie scoops, both bursting with flavor and leaving us simply smiling. The finishing drizzle of pancake syrup tied everything together beautifully. Service was extremely friendly and prompt, and the outdoor seating made the experience feel relaxed and fun. This review reflects two separate visits, both of which were excellent.
