Stopped by shortly after 9 pm for a quick snack on the way home. Decided what we wanted and hit the red button for service. Screen showed a line saying "we'll be with you shortly". After about 15-20 minutes the screen went back to saying "press red button for service" Where IS the service? Drive thru sure had plenty, but no where else did. If you don't want people to use the drive up stalls after a certain time for safety or stafding reasons, then maybe consider putting something like that up on your menu board screens? This place sucks!! Do not eat here unless you want you want your money stolen. The lady at the window who had a horrible attitude decided she was doing such a good job that she deserved a tip so she ILLEGALLY rounded up the bill and gave her self at 80 cent tip. Who knows how many people she's stolen money from. I know it's not a lot of money but if you do that to every customer it adds up. Not to mention that it's highly illegal. Iv been twice since moving to the area, the first I got the chili cheese foot long with tater tots, the chili cheese dog was good but the tater tots tasted old and fried in dirty fryer oil. Tonight we decided to give it another shot, I got the same thing and the chili dog was super good but again the fries and tater tots tasted like old fryer oil and Tots tasted old. Literally hit and miss on this one, some of the people that work here do not actually use their brain. When asking for everything on a hot dog the young lady had no idea what that meant and started ringing up random things. I've tried this location multiple times. This last time was the last straw. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with fries a root beer and a vanilla shake with oreos. I ordered using the mobile app and said I wanted to pick it up asap. I get to the location and park in a stall, and check in with the app. I wait for over 15 min for the food. The stall screen indicated the food was on the way. I wait a fe more minutes and nothing. I had to walk up to the door and interrupt someone's break just to get my food. I was in a hurry to leave since it took so long, and didn't realize until I got to work that my fries weren't even lukewarm, they were cold. They felt and tasted like they were sitting there for a while and the container wasn't even full. I called after I got to work, and said I wanted to file a complaint. I told the person that answered what happened, and all he said was sorry ma'am, I try to watch all the orders when they come in. What kind of answer is that. No offer to remake the fries, nothing. I just hung up since it was clear nothing would get done. This isn't the first time I've waited for an extended period of time only to walk to the door to get my food, but it will be the last. I'm not going back. Getting fast food shouldn't take so long and if it is make sure it's nice and hot. I also shouldn't have to walk up to an establishment that promotes not having to get out of your car. If you want to wait a while even when you submit an order ahead by all means, stop here. This is probably the worst Sonic we've ever visited, but unfortunately is the only one in the area. The employees are EXTREMELY nice most of the time, but the quality of the food and speed of the service are both terrible. Every time I order fries, they are super soggy and old! Even if I just order a drink, it takes them forever to bring it out. Someone in the area also posted pictures about roaches being in their food, however I'm unsure of how true that is... My husband and I use the Sonic app and we rarely order anything more than 2 drinks and it takes them AGES to bring them out. Like 10 minutes or so. For TWO DRINKS. It's ridiculous. I have entirely given up on this place. Every time I go I have issues. The wait is always long. If I order tots, fries, or onion rings they are almost always overcooked. And the ice cream machine has been broken more than it has been working! One time they told me they could make milkshakes, but they could not make blasts. That made no sense at all considering the main ingredient of both is ice cream. Another time I waited about half an hour for our food at a table with my kids. There were a considerable number of employees inside and I saw half of them standing around doing nothing. There were other customers that had obviously waited a long time the same as me. They were fed up so came to the door to get their food. One guy had to come BACK because he had ordered a root beer float - but they gave it to him without the ice cream! And then they messed up my order as well and had to go back and correct it. I will never, ever go to this Sonic again. That experience was the final straw for me. The Sonic corporation needs to fire the entire management of this location and start over. read more

As good as the food is it's not worth the 20-30 wait that it takes the lazy, good for nothing staff to get an order taken. I showed up at a stall, pressed the button and 27 minutes later I finally got my order taken. The guy in the stall next to mine had the same issue. If I didn't thoroughly enjoy the food from here I would not come back. The staff is also rude and act like I am wasting their time when I don't even bother them with having to give change or wait for a credit card payment. That's what the app is for. Other Sonics crews are respectful and care about their customer service. This sonic has a very, very long way to go with that. Very disappointing!! We went there for happy hour for drinks and we were charged way over half price for every drink!! They charge for every flavor and double charge for small slushies. Sonic is usually A good place to eat. But I went there today and I had 2 separate orders and explain to the lady taking my order that I had 2 separate orders. The orders went well until I went to pay for it. There were no instructions on how to pay with 2 cards and so I asked the nice lady how I would do this and she explained I then went ahead and put my card in and it flashed red now that usually that means no or bad and so therefore I put my card in again and it said thank you and it said someone will be right out with your order.
