Stopped by in the afternoon for a sip club drink. I was immediately greeted and helped, which is refreshing as many times other Panera locations will ignore you and make you wait uncomfortably for five plus minutes. I was also amazed that they had sweet tea. I've never been to a branch location that had premade sweet tea and usually have to make it myself with the sugar packets. On my way out the employee wished me a great day which never happens at other Paneras. Looks like they have great employees here. read more

The sandwich I ordered came with soggy, wet, inedible lettuce, and when I brought it back to the counter, I was treated rudely and without an ounce of care or apology. I was told to be quiet by some ugly pitted faced big bellied bitch, who acted like I was the one putting her out. She proceeded to tell me to lower my voice so other people didn't hear me! I bet they checked their sandwiches too, one lady also walked out with me! Said her lettuce was the same after she checked too. Really I'm now sick to my stomach from the disgust of this dirty location. And the disgust of the people running it. Subpar humans! In every sense of the word! These people have no brain. How do you put together an uber order for bagels and cream cheese and not out the cream cheese in the bag? How do you put a cold cut sandwich into a bag without some condiments? My husband and I have been ordering from Panera Bread through DoorDash. It has been our go to recently when I'm in one of my lazy days fixing up dinner. We were looking for a "guilt-free" fast food option and decided to try them since we didn't have Panera Bread in Hawaii. So far, they have not disappointed us. The food quality has always been consistent and we always get our food delivered fast, warm and fresh. Our favorites - the Mediterranean Bowl and Mediterranean Sandwich. We occasionally get their "Pick Two" items and mix and match it with a soup, flatbread, salad or sandwich - I guess whatever we feel like eating that day. Panera Bread is the way to go if you want to have a "cheat day" without feeling guilty. read more

Absolutely no complaints from our quick stop for breakfast. We used the drive through, staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly. You can't go wrong with the breakfast sandwiches or anybody the soufflés. Today I opted for the 4 cheese soufflé and an iced Madagaskar Vanilla Latte. read more

Okay, this is an update to my last post...technically. Today I went in and ordered lunch because my wife was craving and despite my contesting we went anyway. Everything went flawlessly, even though when they messed the order up that rapidly replaced it. The food was the perfect temp, and delicious. So... I mostly order through doordash. I mostly purchased their soufflé because they are my favorite! They seriously sell out fast. The others I have were their frontega chicken, Asiago bagel (my fav), breakfast sandwiches, chipotle chicken flat bread, and their half salad and half sandwich. From selections I've tried, I prefer just the soufflé and bagels. Maybe the breakfast and flat bread, but you can get those kinds somewhere else that is more cost effective on size and prize. Panera are usually pretty standard and clean ... Not this one. Store unkept (messy looking) cluttered with piled up furniture and supplies. Always inconsistent what your going to get regarding quality and accuracy of mobile orders. Ordered pick two and given a kids grilled cheese rather that what I ordered. Notice when I got home so called the store to have correct one made and drove 20 minutes back to get it. They had not even started to remake it even though the store was not busy. read more

I'm a regular here but the service has been going down. My order was incorrect today they forgot to put bacon on my BACON Tomato and scrambled egg wrap. My coffee was also a small instead of large. Before this day I waited 15 minutes for one coffee when I was the only customer with an order.I can't with this Panera, I'm done. read more

i saw workers outside on the patio and thought that the hours were right, then sat in the drive thru when they are "supposedly" open and lo and behold they dont open until 7am. why is it that ive found the only panera that opens at 7 and not 6? fix your hours on here and dont get peoples hopes up. read more
