The wife brought me some Zaxby's for lunch. Generally they get the loaded fries and some wings and strips, so that's what this was, a couple orders of loaded fries and like 3 fingers or "fingerz" and a few what I can only call chicken chips with some sort of buffalo flavoring. The fingerz were literally finger sized (as in the length of my middle finger) and not much larger in diameter. And dry. Have I mentioned all the chicken was dry. Now, I don't mean unsauced. I mean overcooked to a crunchy noodle-like consistency. The chicken chips were new for me. Imagine if you took a normal sized chicken strip, and sliced it into 15-20 slices and then individually breaded and or coated each slice. This is what I had. I'm not even sure what they are called, definitely not boneless wings. Admittedly, my hopes were not high when I saw the Zaxby's bag on the table, but I did have some hope. They were dashed by the food. I didn't go inside the restaurant, but if the food served is any reflection of how the place itself is run (and it often is), I would be concerned. read more

This Zaxby's is pretty consistent --- consistently slacking. It has really gone downhill. I just spent $46 for 3 people to eat. My grilled Cobb salad --- I got all the crappy ends of the lettuce, and not much at that, 2 slivers of bacon... like 5 chunks of cucumber... half a slice of tomato... oh and I had already asked for no cheese, onions or bread so dang, I just paid like $10 for half of an incomplete meal. 3 six finger plates at $13 each is quite expensive when you get home and all of your fingers are smaller than normal boneless wings. The fries were extra crispy as we ordered them but some were burnt. Order was correct other than extremely small "fingers". Service was great like always. I am usually faithful to my favorite Zaxby's Buffalo Blue Zalad with wimpy sauce. I decided to try the Zensational Zalad tonight, and I was not disappointed! Next time I will ask for more sauce. My 6 year old sidekick got the Fried White Cheddar bites (I help her with those...) and a kids meal with Chicken strips. This is her go to, and it is always good. Service was quick and friendly even though there was a line in the drive through. Pet Peeve: Don't call it a Salad--especially if you work at Zaxby's. It's a Zalad. Went to Whataburger and was so disappointed with staff and cleanliness I left and walked next door to this Zaxby's. The restaurant was clean and neat, the restroom was clean, the staff was great. Heather was very friendly and helpful and I noticed her in the restaurant making sure things stayed tidy. Good thing I ordered extra sauce for these dried up boneless buffalo wings, otherwise the outside was going to be as dry as the inside. And another thing... this Yulee Zaxby's will stop people coming through the door to put on a mask and their dinning room is filthy. You have to ask if you can get a table cleaned just so you can sit. This is our first visit to this location. It's 12:30 pm on a Saturday, a peak time they are well aware of. We all order traditional chicken wings, a staple at Zaxby's. After we are paid up and handed our drinks, the manager comes to the window to let us know it would be an additional ten minute wait for them to cook our wings. Did I mention we ordered five piece combos? The parking lot and the drive thru lines were not full. It's hard to believe that they didn't have 30 wings cooked in the middle of the lunch hour. I asked for our fries while we wait. The manager said no, because the fries only come together with the wings. Somehow when I make them at home, they're always two separate items. And after all, the wait was actually 12 minutes. And the fries were all cold. They have serious management problems at this location, and I don't recommend it. read more

Fast, friendly, and clean. Portion size was good and food was hot and fresh. This location has outdoor seating with a big screen TV. Even prime time on a Saturday night it was quick in/out considering they cook to order. Chicken finger plate was more than enough food for me and my granddaughter. Chicken club sandwich was a big hearty sandwich. Love the big crinkle cut fries that are seasoned. Milk shakes are fantastic if you have room after all the food. I've been patient with this store making errors with my order. They miss at least 1 or more items in my salads. Sometimes it's the egg or any of multiple items. I have ordered twice on their app to pickup inside to check salads to make sure they are correct. Both times my order wasn't given to kitchen and tonight same thing. Not busy so no excuse. Waited received salads and again missing bacon on both. Asked for bacon and was told Cobb salads don't have bacon. Showed her their apps ingredient list and still said not included. They ended up giving me about a teaspoon of bacon bits for each. Store is dirty inside and has been everytime I pickup inside. Employees don't seem to be managed and customers are secondary. Never had a problem here! The food is always correct and good (even if sometimes they're a little heavy on the sauces), and they're super fast! They're always friendly too. The only negative is the way they do mobile ordering. I did it once, on a drive back home from Virginia (9 hours). We were about 30 minutes away so we timed it to pick up on our way home. I was exhausted - traveling alone with 5 kids and no actual breaks other than bathrooms. The idea of the mobile ordering was perfect - I could order and swing by to pick up and head home and immediately feed the kids. I get to the drive thru and tell them I had a mobile order. The guy says "oh, you have to come in to pick them up." So now I'm annoyed because I have 5 exhausted kids in the car that I'll have to drag in with me when all I want to do is get them home. Figured my 15 year old is OK with them while I run in, so I park close to the building (leave the car on and locked of course) and run in. I get in there and they say "oh, sorry, we haven't made it yet." so I have to wait now. Mobile ordering is pointless if you make someone get out of the car and get it. I hope maybe in the months since this happened they've changed it to pick up on the drive thru. read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered a zaxbys club with tongue torch on the tenders. What I received was what resembled the new chicken sandwich but it had no breading and looked like it had been grilled 5 hours ago. Completely not what I order even though the receipt had everything correct on it. Terrible location, definitely will no be going back. There is a new Zaxby's in our neighborhood. We waited for the newness to wear off and we finally tried it today. It was great. Clean, courteous staff, quick service and good food. Can't really ask for much more. I'm giving a 4 because it's fast food and also because the mushrooms were a bit soggy and could have been crunchier. But, I'm being a bit too picky. I would never give fast food a 5 so a 4 is my personal best rating for this type of establishment. Zaxby's is one of the best in terms of fast foods but it's still greasy fried unhealthy food! That Zaxby's sauce is amazing! Love that they have an outside patio here that is well covered! Bathrooms were clean! We will be back! read more

I LOVE Zaxby's! Not just the chicken tenders, I love the White cheddar bites, grilled chicken sandwich, (and the shakes before they got rid of them) etc. a lot of their food is good. But this Zaxby's has an issue with: Heat and Sauces. Yes sometimes my fries will be hot but most of the time there just room temperature. I also get the white cheddar bites a lot and they are at least almost the right temperature most of the time but some times there just barely over Luke warm. And now to the sauces... I don't know if this is like a marketing tactic or something but they give you barley any sauces and then charge you more for extra. And this personally hasn't happened to me but I've heard that a lot of people don't even get there sauces that they paid more for! read more

Very good chicken. Sweet and Spicy sauce is my favorite. It is a little pricey, but it's better than a lot of fast food restuarants.

Good chicken fingers or chicken finger sandwiches, made fresh. However, a little bit pricey and I think Guthrie's fingers are better!

Their service is quick and accurate. Of course the food is great too. The chicken fingers, the sandwich and the salads are excellent!

My dressing for my To-Go order was missing when I got home. This is the second time this has happened. Quality control is lacking.
