Whenever I go to Sonic I use their app. Order ahead, pull into the stall and enter the stall number into the app. Wyatt was our server and apologized for the delay .. we only waited 3 minutes. You can get 1/2 price drinks ( happy hour) any time of the day , everyday , not just 3-6 pm. after a while you'll get free offers with purchase. This month get a medium mango slush, BOGO entree , $1.99 groovy fries and 1/2 price shakes after 5pm. My mom loves the mozzarella sticks with marinara dipping sauce. I'll always get a diet cherry limeade as a drink. Some offers are one time use. Sonic is my go to place for drinks if I'm out and about. Tip your server at least a buck they are working hard especially silky in summer heat. And don't forget to download the app to save some money!! read more

My husband just went to Sonic and ordered lunch for us a Double Grillo Sonic Smasher for him and one with NO CHEESE for me, because I can't tolerate cheese. And guess what. They gave mine with cheese all over it and the meat was falling out of the bun to one side of the container. No Grillo's pickles and no Dilly Ranch on what is believed to be a burger. Really Sonic?? This is how you follow orders and treat customers?? Really. I gave you one star because the tots were the only thing good with my meal. $35 for this crap. YOU SUCK!! read more

Just stopped in for a quick bite. They were 0 for 3 on our order. Ordered a junior burger deluxe with no cheese. It had cheese. Ordered tater tots with cheese. They had cheese AND chili. The carhop was kind enough to take those back and correct the order. Ordered a grilled cheese. That's where it just got bad. It was burned and the bread was as dry as the Sahara desert--no butter or anything. But the real kicker was the actual bread. I swear they went to the Dollar General and bought a loaf of Clover Valley bread and burned the heck out of it, hoping I wouldn't be able to tell. It's supposed to be on Texas toast. I made an online order at 7:42 am for 2 drinks. I arrived and checked in at 7:50. At 8:00 I hit the button for service and the operation shut off my the light without speaking. So I hit the button again. He answered this time with "can I help you". I tried to tell him that I had been waiting for 10 minutes for 2 drinks, but he cut me off and said that there were others ahead of me and I would have to continue to wait. I just wanted a refund, but he didn't give me a chance to say that. I hit the button again and he cut it off again. Then he brought my drinks out and started slinging them at me, and said don't snatch that out of my hand. I mean really. This location has ridiculous service. I will not be back. read more

I placed an order at drive through, we were the only vehicle at that time. We waited a very long time for our food a polite young man asked what we ordered and he would check on it. We watched another customer complain he got someone else's order to another employee, which was our order. They brought our food out to us a few seconds later. We asked what took so long for our order and she advised they gave our order to someone else and they had to remake our food. I advised her we waited a long time before that and I watched the customer bring our food back for being the wrong order, so that wasn't what took so long. The sonic employee became rude and had an attitude. I advised this young lady that she needs to drop the attitude because we are the ones that's been waiting 20 minutes for a hotdog. She turned to walk away when I asked to speak to the manager. She advised me she was the manager. This is probably why they can't get a simple order correct if they have morons like that as managers. I get home to eat my food only to find they screwed my order up. I hate Sonic and will never eat there again. read more

The service at this restaurant is ridiculous it took us an in ordinate amount of time to get two drinks while I watch the server screw up the order in front of us as well as ours. Avoid this place at all costs. I would prefer to give zero stars because that is exactly what they earned. read more

This place has great customer service, as do most Sonic's. But the food is above average and always served hot and fresh. Their drink and lunch specials are the best around and well worth the meager prices. I don't know how this place stays in business with such low prices. They have great drink specials weekly and you'll save a lot of money taking advantage of them, their slushes and burgers are really good and the cheese coney is the star of the menu in my opinion.
