This is the worst Sonic in Shreveport-Bossier City. They had one car at the speaker order box, one behind them and me. It was 4:53 and I was there for Happy Hour. By the time I got to the order box, she wanted to charge me full price as it was after 5:00!!! There were only 4 cars in stalls and total of 3 drive through customers and it takes over 7 minutes to service them Too many workers sitting outside visiting. Just drove through, ordered #1 with mayo, fries and sweet peach tea. What I got was a dry cheeseburger with what appeared to be a swipe of mayo on the side of the burger, no lettuce, tomato or anything else. Did not get the drink I ordered. The window staff were too busy on their phones and no mask or gloves during epidemic. This USED to be a well managed restaurant with friendly staff. I have written a review before on this sonic , here it is at 11:30am on a Sunday and they say they don't have onion rings which is pretty often with this Store . We went last night at about 9:30. We were never waited on for the 20 minutes we were there even though we were the only customers. I called close to 10:00 to see if they were opened. They hung up on me the first 5 times I called. On the 6th phone call, they answered and told me they were open to midnight. I told the female employee that we were ignored. No response! No offer to take our order or to even apologize. We then left and went to the E. 70th location. We had great service and were headed home within 5 minutes. Also on previous visits to the Bert Kouns Sonic, we have had all sorts of mystery ingredients in our office. I don't believe they ever clean their equipment. read more

When the Sonic on Mansfield let me down, we came up the street to the Bert Kouns location where they were so kind. April helped us at the window and she was so kind. She was super sweet and honest. She was quick to help us and she even reminded us happily about the event they were having for the fallen police officers Thursday from 4-8 PM. This is one of the FEW fast food workers who deserve a raise. She was so respectful and happy. God bless her. read more
