I love sonic but the last several times I've been there it's not been great! They need better training, my cheese tots are in the bag under the burritos and in 1 week I've gotten drinks that were just carbonated water. It's not hard to see that the coke is coming Out looking like water. I worked at sonic as a teen and paid better attention than that. Take your time and take pride in whatever job you do or find a different job! It's frustrating paying high prices for food and drinks that you can't even enjoy! **UPDATE** Alright I tried to give y'all another chance but I've come to realize y'all just suck. I came here today like a few minutes ago. The tea was very sweet ( like super sweet ) and the ice was wayy to crunchy. My brother and grandmas order was bad. My grandma got a #1 and it was covered in mustard ( it doesn't even have mustard on it ) and my brother didn't even get his food but then when he got his quarter pounder it looked like a wacky pack burger!!! If you love sonic, then stay away from this place. I have given this location many chances. Everything from cold food to flies in the food. Really would just recommend taking your money elsewhere. Wish corporate would flip this location. Could be a major asset to Skiatook. read more

I just wanted a strawberry banana shake. The first one I got had LARGE chunks of banana just sitting in the bottom. And I called back and politely requested they remake it. I usually order just a banana shake, so I know the banana gets blended just fine. And then I get my second one and I apologized for being a pest and thanked the girl again. Well this has got to be a joke because this is like legitimately a third of the banana just in a chunk. You're gunna tell me there's no way to blend that better? We choose Sonic for breakfast maybe 2-3 times a month, mostly on Saturdays. Sometimes we pull up and order and sometimes we use the app from our phones. This last time, we ordered from the app. Has anyone else ever experienced a difference in food when ordering from the app as opposed to ordering from when you pull up and order? What I mean, is, when we order from pulling up, the food is usually plentiful: burritos are huge, the fries are over flowing, like, WOW! But when we order from the app, the burritos are super slim and the fries are maybe filled up halfway in the container. For instance, my sons breakfast burrito had 2 tiny slivers of bacon in it This time, but last time, it was filled up with bacon. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or am i being too picky? Its not going to stop us from going there. The food is always great!
