So....we arrived at 10:30pm to place an order. The sign states that they close at 12am. We arrived at drive thru noone answered. We saw employees taking the trash out we asked if they were still open with no answer. We then deove around to the window and we saw employees cleaning up. The young lady looked sead at me and just kept cleaning. Like what time do yall close? I've gotten NUMEROUS dirty dr peppers from here and this one was terrible. like completely undrinkable. I also have gotten way too many oreo blasts to count here without the oreos getting mixed in and the lady caught an attitude with me due to the fact that "they're unable to do that" although every time i go that is exactly how I get it. I also got a dragon fruit slush and they had to pull me to a stall and wait for a drink that takes quite literally 2 seconds to make, and waited at the stall for more than 5 minutes as well while there was not a single person in the drive thru. While I was still at the drive thru window the lady was also giving me dirty looks i guess for the inconvenience that we must have caused her because she has to work? I also feel as if I should add just about every time i come here they mess up my order somehow or another and whenever i ever order they are always so beyond rude like it's an inconvenience that we are here to order at their job that they get paid to work. read more

Did a mobile order had trouble with the app using the new mobile order line so we just used the normal stall to receive our order. Got our food and left halfway home I opened mine and my daughter's slush to get to the strawberries and there was a hair in each of ours. Tried to call the store the number isn't working. Tried to go through the app but it's the same number listed. Went online to find an email or corporate number and was met with only being able to send a text for make a complaint. The person I spoke with via text was very apologetic but not helpful at all because she couldn't give me my money back because I had a health issue with the store. Okay cool. Told me the store would contact me. I asked how because the phone is disconnected and the last time I had a problem I was told the same thing and never received a call or email. She took my name and number and said someone from the store would contact me which I doubt they will. So my daughter and I didn't finish our slushes because it's just gross. I'll just grab slushes and icees from the gas station from here on out. At least if I had a problem I could at least get my money back. read more

The foods good, nah the service isn't necessarily present heavily. But they get ya what you need their polite and you can just chill and eat. It's sonic their ambiance is there at nite when ur sitting next to a dude playing cup quake and dry humping the hood of his girlfriends car. But probably, nothing will happen and you'll chill and eat some solid food. read more

Every single time I have been here, no matter what time it is, they are always out of tea. When I ask them to make some and I don't mind waiting. They refuse and say " We ain't making no more tea" The staff is coming out of the kitchen, yelling, laughing and cussing with some random people that are in and out of the kitchen. Tonight the quickness of the drive thru was the only thing they had going for them. I ordered a water and strawberry lemonade. My water cup had a rip on the top of it which made the lid not stay on, and my strawberry lemonade is the worst tasting lemonade i've ever had. I don't know what they put in it tonight but it does NOT taste right. I am tired of the shitty service sonic... get it together. They also shoved the drinks into my hands in a rush to get me to leave. I barely had time to put my card back in my wallet. I am always disappointed whenever I go to this sonic but capitalism keeps me coming back. Also the amount of kids that like to stay in the stalls is ridiculous, go home you're taking up space. read more

We just went there at 8:03pm on a Sunday... And apparently they're closed... But all their signs are on and there's no indication that they're closed... Instead when you press the button it says that the red button has been activated and I'll be with you shortly... According to Google they're open till midnight tonight. After we push the button at the drive up ordering Station,nobody ever said anything so we decided after 10 minutes of waiting to go through the drive-through... And when we pulled up a rude black girl said "we're closed" in a very unprofessional and annoyed manner. Today I went to Sonic's in Statesboro and I normally don't go there because the one in Waynesboro have the best drinks. Anyway my tooth was bothering me and I needed something cool to drink. I went to get a cherry slushie and it was the most watered down nasty drink I tasted. It was nothing but red food coloring and ice and it made me mad. It cost me $3 for the slushie but the way it tasted it should have only cost 10 cent. Sonics is slipping on their drinks. The staff is always nice but they are lazy! read more

After waiting in the stall for 8 minutes while the carhops talked with a loud crowd of people outside we were finally able to place our order. Then we had to wait an extremely long time again for our 3 milkshakes. We've never had such poor service here. Sad. read more

Each time we come through the drive-through, after we pay they ALWAYS ask us to pull up and wait on our food. The workers are normally very rude, and our orders are almost always wrong. Today was the third time I've eaten at this Sonic, and all 3 have been quite good. I had the Philly cheese steak today,which was OK but I've definitely had better. Their Bacon cheeseburger is really good though, and the tots are always hot and fresh. I also tried the Jolly Rancher slushie which was AMAZING, just make sure you stir it before you drink it!! read more
