Extremely bad service the other day while doordashing here. I got 3 different orders all for this Sonic and each time I was told back to back that they didn't have the orders. I work in fast food so I know that occasionally there will be issues with DD/Ubereats/Grubhub orders not coming through right but 3 times in a row? That's EXTREMELY unlikely. At that point it seems more likely they didn't want to complete the orders and simply lied about not receiving them. The workers were rude and not willing to help whatsoever. After waiting for almost 45 minutes altogether I gave up and had to unassign and message those people and apologize. Those customer wasted their money and I lost out on much needed money all due to lazy workers. read more

By far THE worst sonic. I personally understand why they have less than 4 stars. I swiped my card to pay for my order and the machine said APPROVED. The cashiers kept saying it didn't go through and they had to take my card around a corner to swipe it...weird! Had the worst experience ever! Order two gigantic drinks, both of which came out wrong. To top it all off I paid for two different different fruits in both drinks. Each one literally came with one cherry on top. One of the drinks was a different kind of drink altogether. When I called to ask, if there's something they could do to help the lady who answered had the rude Karen kind of attitude that we all have grown to hate so much. She said that when you buy the fruit we put one piece of fruit in there that is our policy and I am the manager. That Karen's name is Jessica. When I first started writing this review, I had given them 3 stars, but the complete lack of courtesy by the employee dropped it to 2. The sign states half off shakes after 8pm. So I order a sonic blast - it wasn't half off. I was told those don't count. My bad, I guess it's not blended ice cream with milk... (wth). So I cancel that and order a chocolate malt. When I'm given my drink... That's it. She hands it to me and doesn't say thank you or anything and closes the window in my face when I'm attempting to thank her. Update: they also don't do military discount if you've ordered a combo because "it's already been discounted" - well what about the cinisnack things I ordered or the solo hotdog? Nope... Went there last Sunday. It took a while before they got to me after i placed my order, and the restaurant was not very busy. My order was a sonic ( large sized) footlong coney meal which included tater tots and a diet Doctor pepper. i did request green chilis added to the coney. I got the food I ordered, the way I liked it, however, I paid by debit card, and did not get a receipt. I dismissed that error, but when I reconciled my account, I found out that my card was charged $ 16.28 ! For what I ordered, I was definitely overcharged. It would have been nice if the stalls had displays that showed the order and price, like they have where the picnic tables are, then I could have caught the issue right away. We were driving on our way home and decided to stop at Sonic for lunch. They had a special called the "Brown Bag Special" that we ordered. It included 2 burgers, 2 orders of tots, and 2 drinks. My favorite drink at Sonic is the Cherry Limade - so went with 2 of those. Burgers were pretty good and of course, the fried tots were fantastic. There's another Sonic on Broadway not far from this one. Go there instead. If you order a meal with a side of onion rings, they will give you one onion ring. They never remember to give us dipping sauces. They always forget one or two items off our orders. Their order screens are broken, and they haven't fixed them in months, which is a pain if you ordered online. On our most recent visit, they forgot about us for 30 minutes, leaving us waiting in the parking lot. It's good food, but it's not worth putting up with the service. read more

I told them this and they had the nerve to tell me that the guy using my account wasn't and that we just had the same gift card.
