I ordered a Combo #2 with no mayo, tater tots, cherry limeade and a corn dog. I failed to look at my order when received. Upon opening the sack I found, a #1 combo with mayo and extra catsup, french fries, and my drink way tea and NO corn dog. Very slow service. Waited for 3 drinks and mozzarella sticks for almost a half hour. Not satisfied at all:((

Ordering was fast and easy. Food was brought out quickly and hot. Burgers were tasty, Cherry limeades wonderful! Couldn't ask for more.

I understand it's not a drive thru; took forever before someone talked to us. The app wasn't working so I couldn't redeem anything or get a cheaper price. This guy Kaiden, long curly hair, walks out with my food tossed around in the bag; mozzarella sticks upside-down. Hair on my cup and he didn't greet us; no one did. And he had a bad attitude. He said probably two words, He didn't offer my receipt. He didn't thank your paying customers. I once came here and they wanted to offer me a job as a customer-I'm a kind person; but this is not a place I'd like to work for if they don't enforce manners in a company...they clearly don't. I am a manager and as a manager I would have helped get the prices altered for a returning customer if the app wasn't working. And if a manager wasn't taking my sisters order then the crew member should have gotten a manager to help. At least offer to... For the last few months, I have been feeding a colony of stray cats that live near this Sonic...tonight the owner confronted me and threatened to get police involved if I didn't stop feeding the cats because "they're sticking around now that they're being fed here" and "they're a liability, a customer is going to get scratched". First of all, those cats have ALWAYS lived there. They don't know any other place, they have nowhere else to go. Second, they're extremely skittish, no one can get close enough to get scratched. Besides, the customers love those cats! I see customers feeding those cats all the time! It might not make much of a difference, but this Sonic has lost my business. After feeding the cats every evening, I would usually get a shake or some mozzarella sticks in the drive-thru before heading home, but not anymore. And you can be sure that I'm going to tell everyone I know not to eat there too, because apparently the owner has a vendetta against a bunch of helpless cats that have never hurt anyone and would be starving if it wasn't for the kindness of the customers. read more

I have in the past been critical of Sonic Drive In's (outside of their "Happy Hour" drinks), but last night I wanted, nay, required a chili cheese coney dog, and turned in at the Sonic to try my luck. Food was delivered to the car relatively promptly, with the carhop apologizing because "we were waiting on fresh onion rings" - no apology necessary. Decided I'd rather take the food home and eat in an air-conditioned, fly-free house, so drove the 5 minutes home, and...it was great. The onion rings were still hot and crispy, the foot-long chili cheese coney (with requested mustard and onions) was well-topped and the hot dog even stuck out at both ends of the bun. It was so good I was loathe to share even a bite with the dogs...but I did. Overall, a positive dining experience. read more

We moved to the Neighborhood about 5 years ago, and we have had many bad experiences at this location. Several time order has been messed up, once over charged me (paid 25 bucks and change for 2 drinks), and this last time leaving things out of my order. I'm actually a big fan of Sonic in terms of chain fast food, but this particular Sonic has blown it on a few occasions in terms of service. I've experienced snail-like service, minimal support with credit card machines, and have even seen employees socializing in the prep area as the drive-through line stacks up behind me.
