I receive the correct items in my orders, prepared as they should be prepared. I've also noticed that the staff is particularly friendly, and seem to be in a good mood. This location needs some serious help and management! It took 24 mins from the time we ordered to receive our items. 1 soda. 1 milkshake that we had to send back since it was melted and soup like from sitting so long and 1 holiday blast.... or at least that's what I ORDERED, I however receive a cup of plain mint ice cream with mint syrup on the top....after scooping the top half off to see if there was any Oreos - which there wasn't - I was beyond frustrated and just tossed the blast. Worst customer service experience from fast food ever. When attempting to order my food, the man on the speaker was pushy and rushing me thru my order. I was asking him for a second, because with his voice pushing me to hurry up thru the crackly loudspeaker, I was having trouble hearing what my passengers were ordering. He had the nerve to tell me that if I wasn't ready to order, to push the red button. That he had other customers to help. I said to my car F-this, that I wouldn't be spoken too so rudely, and pushed to order faster..Faster...FASTER!!! I pulled back in and asked for a Manager. Ryan, who I'm pretty sure was the same rude buffoon I had just dealt with, came out. Provided the most minimal of half hearted apologies, explaining that they have only 4 headsets. We drove in and parked to eat. It took a while for the cashier to respond, when he did, he apologized for the long wait. We ordered three meals with beverages. He said it would be out in a couple of minutes. We waited over 20 minutes for our order and still had not received it yet. Finally, I paged over the comm to check on the status. A woman rudely greeted us and informed us she didn't have that order anywhere. She kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her the order. I understand that they are short staffed but each time I go there they always forget my condiments. I'll ask for them when ordering and normally the attendant will ask when handing the food if I want any condiments but now they just hand over the food and try to move on as fast as possible. I counted myself among the fortunate few who haven't had a drive-thru mixup. Today, that ended. I ordered a #3 - double bacon cheeseburger with mustard, fries and a half & half (that's lemonade/tea, or an Arnold Palmer). I GOT a foot long coney, fries, and JUST tea. Since what the guy gave me was on my receipt, and I sometimes get a foot long anyway, I just went with it. I figured I gave him the wrong number. But the tea...that was what prompted this. I'm not a tea person for the most part. I like half & half though, and generally it saves me a few calories on a large drink (yeah I hear you saying, but you went there to order a double bacon cheeseburger, ya fat fuck), AND I don't incur the wrath of the High Fructose Corn Syrup shits. Tea was not what I ordered. I ordered a half & half, and when the guy gave me silence on the other end, I explained it - half lemonade, half tea. He asked sweetened or unsweetened, so I thought he understood. He didn't. Now, I admit I SHOULD have checked the screen in front of me to verify my order, and that's my bad. But come on, man. I JUST went to the main Sonic site, looked up a pdf of the menu, and a #7 was NOT what I ordered. How in the hell can you mix up the way THREE sounds versus SEVEN? I finished the coney, tossed half of the cold fries, and will try to choke down some of the tea before that goes in the garbage as well. I've heard about drive-ins with bellhops and such. My parents told me about them. And drive-in movies, which I actually got to experience a few years ago at one of the last ones in Dallas, Oregon. But anyway, the whole skate-up-to-the-window concept is lost on me. I don't really get it, and I sure as hell don't really care. Well, one of my lovely coworkers has been talking for months about how Sonic is coming to Wilsonville. You know, the place that has over 10 billion slushie combinations? Yeah. I don't get it either. My mom said it wasn't that awesome, so why even go. Not to mention the fact that if I go for food that's fast, I generally don't opt for something that resembles, well, fast food. Anyway, so said coworker cons me and another coworker into going for lunch. And I had no idea, but it's not a place where you can go inside and sit. There's a drive THROUGH, a walk UP (and picnic tables OUTSIDE. C'mon...it's OREGON), and a DRIVE IN. Errrr.... So we pull into one of the weird drive-in slots and stare at the order screen baffled. My coworker is convinced that servers come out on skates. We press the button and order three separate orders, and a while later, someone WALKS out to our car and gives us our grub. (Talk about totally inefficient!) One guy's burger had everything on it, which isn't what he wanted. That got sent back. A few bites into my own burger, I realize, hey this isn't what I ordered, either. A bunch of mustard and NO BACON. So when the girl comes back with the corrected order, I have to break the news to her that MINE isn't the right order, either. She apologizes and says that they have new people in the kitchen (but the restaurant is new, right?). By this time, we find that the corrected order STILL isn't what he ordered, but he decides to eat it anyway. Finally I get my corrected order, and it was, indeed, correct. As far as fast food goes, these burgers were pretty damn satisfying, I'm not going to lie. And when I finally got my bacon, there was baaaaacon galore. Like candy. Only meat. And, Sonic gives you the option of fries, TOTS, and onion rings for no extra cost. The tots were kind of bomb. Eek! And the chocolate malt wasn't too shabby, either. This is definitely a place to stay away from. Because it was kind of really good. But I doubt we'll be going back soon because of all the order mess-ups. Lets chat about my first time at a Sonic. I was impressed that they have breakfast and lunch items all day and that they have those trash cans along the drive thru with the long chutes at car level. I always take advantage of those handy little cans! I was excited that I had two menus to pick from so I got a little crazy and ordered from both. I had the breakfast burrito with bacon, small fries & popcorn chicken. Breakfast of champions, right? Well, the fries were unsalted limp noodles, the egg was runny - so runny in fact, it soaked the tortilla making it gummy and swollen. The popcorn chicken was mostly bread and all items were barely cold. The best thing about my decision to go to Sonic was the last minute choice to add a big diet coke to wash down what little I ate of that crap. Oh and quit using styrofoam! read more

The screenplay I wrote in the creative writing class I had to take at PCC was supposed to have involved a trip to Sonic when the nearest one was in Idaho. The characters, analogs of my friends and I of course, would have a crazy adventure involving petty theft, public urination, enough substance abuse to give Jack Valenti a stroke and a car it takes several weeks to find once parked. Alas, I couldn't fit it in. My trip to Sonic involved nothing more than a long bus ride and a lot of walking around nearly identical buildings. A let down? Maybe, but ordering from a drive thru board whilst standing was pretty awesome. The fries were underwhelming (no salt AT ALL) but the burger was pretty good. And they served it to me at 9:45am. Sweet! I finished the meal kinda wishing I'd ordered a second burger, but I didn't eat against until 7:45pm, and that was pre-loading for booze rather than hunger. And I walked A WHOLE LOT today. Pssst. I've found the new hot hangout spot for Wilsonville teens. It's the dumpster at Sonic. This where is a majority of the teenage Sonic employees go on their breaks to hangout and smoke. It is a very nice dumpster, fortified with a large privacy steel wall and gate. You can still see in there however, whenever someone opens the gate to get in, you can see them in there smoking and talking on their cell phones. This Sonic is very new, about a month old. The restrooms however would make you think it is 10 years old, very dirty already! Oh yeah, the food. If you've never had Sonic burgers before, I suppose it is pretty good, at least it is something different then your average Wilsonville fast food. Nothing bad to say about it. The breakfast burritos however are amazingly excellent. Nice fresh ingredients and not all mixed together. The service is usually OK, but it has been very slow at times too, I guess it is because all the employees seem like they are under 19 years old. If they could get some decent management and experience in here and clean up the restrooms, it would be better. Oh, and trying to eat a fast food meal in your car while watching all the employees "sneak" into the dumpster is actually entertaining, I wouldn't change that. read more

I only usually go to Sonics for their cherry limade. It is the best thing in the house. Their food, well its just okay. We ordered popcorn chicken and chicken strip, all very dry. It was hard to eat without dippping sauce. Overall, foods just alright, but I would come here for their vherry limade! Its a 5 star quality drink!!! read more

I'm still not impressed with the food. My husband and son like the hot dogs, but I've given up on ordering and trying food items here. The dollar menu at any number of fast food places are better. The tater tots are at least okay. The drinks are good. I like some of the slushies, as well as the shakes, though I mostly order the slushies since then I don't need a dairy pill. I love the fact that I can add flavors to drinks, so if I do get a shake I can get chocolate-caramel or whatever. The additional charge is minimal. The location is hideous. Getting out of the parking lot was bad enough before Fred Meyer's went in and is worse now, since the closest driveway out to the street only lets you turn right...when the main road, freeway access, etc., is to the left. You want to instead go away from that road and out the other driveway in the complex, which leads to the main road, but if you were in the drive-through that involves a 360 degree right turn...done mere feet from the road where people who are coming IN will make a right turn in. Hopefully their brakes are good. read more

Rude rude rude customer arrive a -8 Sunday afternoon they were out of ice cream and bacon. We went all the way from Oregon city to this location and then when we arrived the people at drive-through we're completely rude over the intercom. Then we place our food order and slushy orders, and the people that took my order made the decision for us that we did not want sodas with our meals. Went to sonic on 2/23/19 at 5:24pm. Pulled up and made two separate orders. First order: medium sprite and carhop $2.99 burger deal and tots =$4.19 and she paid with her card two minutes later I push the button again and place my order, second order : carhop deal slider $2.99 large sprite and grilled cheese came to around $8.79 something and I confirmed with the screen everything was CORRECT? So I paid... waiting then once I received our food we got ONE receipt with a total of $8.37 and ONE drink ( we ordered 2) so I called and said I'm missing an order because that would be obvious? To find out they somehow CHANGED my order to some just $1.99 slider with no tots they removed my drink and gave me my grilled cheese...... some order I didn't even make? I was missing my tots and my drink! So this guy comes out that's mid age like 45 and he is so rude I'm taken away, jaw dropped and all and starting to get angry. I tell him what I'm missing and he just looks confused and to find out the whole receipt was fucked up and Idk what even meal I got. I kept asking why it was placed on one when they were made separate and basically the dude kept telling me he didn't take my order so what good is this going to do. He refused to make it right or even listen it's like he was so stoned he was just listening to me go on and on like he didn't even hear what I was saying... Every burger I have tasted exactly the same as the last time I was there. When I am ready for it again, I know where to go. Aside from the food and service from being consistent; there is that fact that it is very affordable. I have been several times, I enjoy it, and I will be a semi regular (my palate leans Asian). Only one critique; it's not a good PNW dining experience. I know it's Sonic's why to have drive up service and outdoor seating. But I think they should incorporate a simple warm outdoor/indoor seating. The only thoughts coming to mind is a tent situation, but I am no architect. read more

I honestly would say negative 5 stars went through the drive-through ,we could barely hear through the mic.The kids menu said Apple sauce Apple juice with their milk, when we went to order the kids milk the guy wanted to up charge us, false advertisement. We were just going to leave it at that, except the kid kept asking what milk we wanted, he was not listening to us at all. My husband stated to him, we thought it didn't come with it. We live 2 miles from this sonic and have three kids. We just spent $48.18 and got home with several items missing. Almost every time we go and place a large order 99% of the time the order is messed up. I rarely leave negative reviews but I'm tired of feeling ripped off by this place. Stopped by here on the way back to Washington from Oregon. Initial service was pretty decent then it went downhill from there. My Texas toast had no butter on it and was disgusting. My wife's chicken sandwich looked nothing like the one she ordered (different lettuce than pictured). Then after we decided to go through drive through for shakes (didn't want to have to wait for the lady to take the card and pay and bring it back to us) but that was a mistake, we waited for only 3 cars it took about 15 minutes.. yikes!
