Long overdue review - Ray came to our house within an hour of our call, late at night, after the previous plumber refused to do any work on the pipe leaking under our house (long story there that I won't get into). These guys are wonderful! The faucet in our kitchen sink sprang a leak and they came out that same day to install a new one for us quickly at a very reasonable price. And because we live in an old apartment building, the brand new faucet they installed stopped pumping out hot water a couple days after because of some old rubber tubing hat got stuck in our pipes. I called them up again to see if they could take a look at it and give me an estimate to see how much it would cost to fix it and they said they'd take a look and if it was a quick, easy fix they wouldn't charge me. Sure enough they came that day and within 5 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't charge me. It is so hard to find honest plumbers who won't rip you off for every single thing. Called Sonic Rooter and Plumbing, at 11:58am on a Tuesday to clear a plugged up kitchen sink. Ray answered and was able to give me an appointment that same day at 1:30pm. He explained it would be $100 for visit and service, and if he couldn't unplug it. There would be no charge at all. I asked...and he said, he took cash, card, or check...sweet!!
