He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. Finally and importantly, his estimate was one of the lowest of the 4 estimates I received and he stuck with the estimate.

Joshua and Guillermo (Momo) showed up on Memorial Day (a holiday!) to check out our backed up toilets. They fixed the issue but camera photos showed 50 year old pipes that needed to be totally overhauled. What followed was a weeks long, very expensive project that called for digging from garage to street and then covering up everything! Through the entire ordeal, Joshua was a ROCK! He's AMAZING! So, I finally reached out to Mattucci to get another quote and see what they could do. They responded right away, came out to my property to assess everything that was needed, generated a quote , and scheduled a time to come do the work soon after that. The quote was reasonable, and seemed like a fair price, given the level of work involved. Unfortunately, I had some additional work that needed to be done that was not determined at the time of the quote, but was discovered once they got into the plumbing. They let me know what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much it would cost. From start to finish, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and great to work with as well.
