I had a pipe disconnect where it couldn't be reached and I thought I would have to cut through the outside wall to get to the pipe. They managed to do it in a way that didn't require opening up the wall from the outside which was a HUGE relief. They were polite and quick and the repair seems to be fine. I was using a different plumber before but they basically said they would have to cut through the wall and they also really dragged their feet so I decided to go with someone else and I'm glad I did. Back in 2006 I installed my own tankless water heater. While functional, it was an ugly kludge of plumbing connections and fittings. We had an emergency leak over the weekend. Literally water dripping from the ceiling of the garage and no idea where it was coming from. Our toilets had backed up so I called Ciscos Plumbing for help. Cisco answered my call and was on his way. He discovered that as a part of a recent remodel we had done, not all of the sewer line had been replaced. A few feet of pipe that went under the foot of the house was the older, narrower galvanized pipe. The re-piping under the house had a wider pipe feeding a narrower pipe, which then fed a wider pipe as Cisco had re-piped from the exterior of the house a few years back. read more
