Warnnning!!!!! Do Not go with this Agent. You will REGRET IT!!!!! If I could give a "-0" rating for Sonny's office I would. Since starting my policy, Sonny's has been begging me to leave a review and after unsatisfied costumer service, now I can. Why: When I first requested a quote from William(employee at Sonny's Office),it sounded too good to be true and I was convinced. It was what I wanted and I was satisfied in the beginning. What happened: After two months of paying the agreed manageable quote, my policy started fluctuating (increasing by almost $100 difference). William could not give me a reason to why. Sonny's location was doing unauthorized modifications to my policy without my consent. Everytime I would ask what was wrong with my policy they would always say, "let me get back to you on that"..and never would. At one point when the policy changed, I was upset and William ended up paying the difference just to shut me up. The next month the problem continueously returned.This company is not reliable, commits fraud on policies, false advertise, and will mislead you in order to get you to get a policy with them. If your looking to ride off a car lot with a fake insurance card contact William Mohammed because he specialize in that area for a under the table fee(which Sonny knows nothing about). Conclusion: After all the stressful months dealing with a unset policy I transferred over to a reliable, caring, and considerate agent ( Jeff Marks office in San Pablo, not far from Sonny's Office). If you are looking for a honest and stress-free agent, I do not recommend Sonny's location. Please stay clear because they do commit unarthurize modification to policy's. I was pretty unsure when it came to looking around for a new insurance company, but then one of my relatives referred me over because of how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. One in particular was Marco Tornero. I've got to say that he has been such a great help and I am thankful for all that he has done! He was readily available when one of my vehicles was in an accident. I was pretty shaken up and didn't know what to do since this was an unexpected incident. But I got in contact with Marco and not only did he calm my nerves but he pretty much went through and explained all my options. The situation has since been resolved but its all thanks to Marco. I loved my experience at this agency. All the staff were very warm and welcoming, putting me at ease since this was my first time venturing out to get car insurance on my own. And a special thanks to Indy who took his time to explain everything thoroughly to a newbie like me. He explained all the different terms and conditions, and printed out a few different quotes and helped me decide which was the best option for me. And what was great is that they offer a good student discount, which I didn't know about, so that definitely helped lower my quote. They definitely had the best prices for the amount of coverage they offer. Best value for your money I would say. I also got some quotes for life insurance, and I never thought I would be able to afford it at this stage in my life, but it's definitely worth looking into because they have so many options and they help to guide you with whatever budget you are working with. Also, while I was there, I was able to set up a checking account through State Farm, as well as apply for a credit card through them. I never knew they had these services, but they are great for a student like me because they don't require a minimum deposit and no annual fees!!! And if you are extra nice to them, you may even get a free Starbucks coffee out of it! Lol (Starbucks is right next door) They really valued my time while I was there. I am so glad I finally took the time to walk in and talk to them. In fact, Indy was nice enough to answer my residual questions regarding the life insurance policy over the weekend.
