It took me a long time to try them because there is another one close to my house but it is definitely worththe trip I went for my free birthday preroll but they let me get gummies as I am not supposed to smoke. ALL Silver State Relief locations are amazing, of course, but I have a particular fondness for the Sparks location. Every budtender there is knowledgeable and kind, and they help us find the best product for what ails us. My wife and I have never walked out of there with bad or sub-par product! I used to be a 'tender myself, and every single staff member is respectful of that, while also adding to my knowledge pool - I really appreciate that, quite a bit. Lexi, in particular, is probably one of the kindest, smartest women I've had the luck to work with (and she's also extremel pretty! Save something for the rest of us mortals to have, girl). But the absolute careless rude service I encountered tonight was kinda baffling. I had an online pickup, so i go in, tell them I have an order for pickup and the guy upfront tells me "well we already put them away, so maybe we can get you something" so I head in, ive never been to this location before and it was kind of a maze, and I was struggling to find how to get to the counters, all of the employees just looked at me like "look at this dumbass" lol I get to the counter, and I'm being served by a girl, no help. told me the same thing as the guy that checked me in, wouldn't help me figure out what I had ordered, I had to ask her to look me up to see if she could find my order and she said "yea I guess I could do that" didn't want to help me AT ALL. I've been a budtender for quite some time and the unwelcome, rude, and unhelpful budtenders in this facility makes me quite disappointed. hire people that actually want to be in this business and not for a discount. don't treat customers like crap because you don't like your job, will never be coming to this facility again. read more

They take forever to attend customers, they chat for more than 10 minutes with each customer like if some of us aren't in a hurry, wish they had like an express line for in and out fast and easy pick up instead of having to wait sometimes likes 15/20 minutes because they take forever to attend us. read more

If you want quality weed and great service don't come here. Nothing is top shelf, there house weed is really bad go to any other dispensary and ask and they will actually tell you how low they're weed tests. Phantom farms was recommended to me at battle born last week when I was on a budget and I was like girl no and she laughed and was like yeah it's only if you can't come up with the extra couple $$ that's why I recommended it but If people ask I never would recommend this unless they're on a budget. I'm not on so much of a budget that I want to smoke nothing. It doesn't even get me high or friends since I know cannabis reacts differently for everyone. Hood oil is a joke and not only tastes gross but will really fuck up there lungs. I don't know whose back there doing there y concentration and carts but it's like they gave the job to someone who has no idea what there doing. They probably don't even smoke that stuff I don't know how they can willingly sell it to people.
