Our company retreat was held this Friday! We had a Blast! From laser tag , Go Karts, Ski Ball, Carousel and Interactive 3D plus much more. Employees were kind and very helpful with how to navigate the different activities. Nice, clean and most of all a stress reliever to our busy days at work. The food was fantastic and the scenery impeccable. Can't wait to go back with my BFF's.

A joy for the kids of all ages. There's so much to keep the kids busy and entertained and for the adults to join in as well. Go carts were fantastic. They can drive their own if they are 10+ or with an adult. There are two minigolf courses, and water bumper boats- they will get wet, bring spare clothes we learned. Best deal was the $10 wrist band for the play place. They can come and go as much as they want all day. Otherwise I have to admit it is on the pricey side. We easily went through a $120 card (for $100) with 2 kids.

My 2 year old son had a blast in the play area. For 9 dollars it's one of the nicest I've ever seen. Very large and wide enough for a 6'2" 220lb dad to crawl through and not have back issues. It's outdoors but provides decent cover from direct sunlight. It's almost all cargo net so relatively hygienic compared to other play structures. The arcade was a little small but definitely nice. Will come back when he is able to ride some of the rides.

    Closed playground

Nothing "unforeseen" came up! They removed one ride while STILL posting the requirements for that ride near the ticket booth AND one attendant I spoke to said the jungle gym area had been closed for a while with no date as to when it would reopen. They were happy to take the $100 though...a good business would apologize and offer a refund...

I was looking for a fun place to surprise my son for his 13th birthday and I found Sonny's, he was so excited. Next year I will have his birthday party there since he loves it so much, he kept saying that he loved it, it was the best the birthday ever. They had a mini golf, arcade, batting cages and so much more, I am planning on coming back in the summer for him to enjoy the outside fun. My hubby was also having so much fun with him and they both came up to me and begged for more money to play games lol and of course I gave in and they both had so much fun, they also have a restaurant so it was absolutely wonderful, we will definitely be back to this wonderful place.

Ok so the pizza at the birthday party is to small and it looks old and frozen. You should make different pizza instead of this.

Unfortunately, everything else about the visit was disappointing. My husband and I came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was also our first time visiting since recently moving to Massachusetts. When we arrived around 10:30 PM, we went to purchase tokens for the arcade games. At that time, we were told we should buy all the tokens we wanted immediately because token service would be closing in about 20 minutes. This seemed unusual considering the business advertises closing at 2:00 AM. I mentioned that we could simply use the self-service machines later if needed, but we were told those might also be shut down soon due to being short staffed. We then decided we would just get drinks and bowl instead, but we were informed that the bartender would also be leaving shortly. When I said we would just order drinks right away, we were then told the bartender was currently on break. At this point, I was confused and frustrated because we had called the business only a couple of minutes before arriving and were not told that services would be shutting down early. We had specifically planned our evening based on the posted hours. Another staff member kindly offered to sell us bottled drinks but explained he could not make cocktails until the bartender returned. While purchasing those drinks, we were also told that lane purchases would be closing soon due to the same staffing issue. At that point, we decided to just pay for two games of bowling and end the night early since it seemed like multiple services were shutting down. After we started bowling, the bartender returned from break. When I finished my drink and went to the bar to order a mixed drink, I stood there waiting for some time. The bartender made eye contact with me, but then proceeded to serve another guest who had just walked up after me. I found this frustrating and ultimately decided not to order anything further. I understand that staffing shortages happen and that employees can have difficult shifts. However, the lack of communication about services closing early and the overall experience made what was meant to be a special birthday outing very disappointing--especially as a first experience at this establishment. I hope this was an isolated situation, but based on this visit, I unfortunately would not recommend it.

They also host birthday parties. General admission for kids 2 and older is $16.95, adults are free; if they have a sibling under 2, they are also free. I purchased the general admission ticket ($16.95) plus a pre-loaded $16 game bracelet for $26.95. Shoes are not allowed so socks are recommended. There was a snack area and tables for the parents. Restrooms were clean and had changing tables. The arcade area was small with an air hockey table, photo booth, and various arcade games. My toddler loved the dinosaur egg machine; there were toys inside those golden eggs. The playground has two levels and they were soft on the feet. The slides were steep but my son loved it; I can see why there's a disclaimer that it goes fast. There was an indoor go-kart track that my son also loved riding the little go-karts on; it went around the playscape. There were large Legos, blocks, a ball pit, a mini donut shop, ride on toy cars, and grocery store. We spent an hour and a half there and my son still didn't want to leave. My other son is a crawler, he still enjoyed the toys at the mini stores and the ride on cars. Overall it was 5 stars for my children and I; we look forward to going back and highly recommend it for kids 10 and under.

It's typical set up. So what you'll get at other facilities, you'll get here. The facility is AMAZING!!! There is so many things to crawl through, run around, stairs and slides, basketball courts to have little games. Two personal size trampolines that's one jumper at a time. That can be an issue if they don't have a timer for it and the line gets long. I didn't see a long line because the kids would leave and play around the whole facility. They had a small gaming room that I did t check out but I can only assume it's like other arcade spots. Only a bit smaller section. They had this one area that you can be on the second floor and launch balls down to the ground floor with a bit of force to make it fun and give you the illusion that you have a powerful gun. You can throw those balls around and hit each other, they were soft. In the middle of that room there's an apparatus that blows air up and makes these balls float and come out of the top of a 4 foot tube. Again, it's cool for 2-7 year olds. Maybe even 8-9 Yr olds would have fun in this room. This place is really big. You can't keep an eye out on your child. That's how many tunnels they are and how fast the kids can come through there that you'll lose your eyes on them. If you're the parent that needs to keep an eye on your child 100% of the tiMe, get socks and join in on the fun with them cause from the ground you will not be able to do it. They have a toddler section. A small version that they can easily have fun there too. NOW.... As for the 3 stars... I couldn't give more but if they fix this one section or gap in their business this place can be a 4.5 to 5 star facility. The tops of the slides: DUSTY. Needs a cleaning. And WEEKLY too! NOT monthly. The staffing!! The staff was very very short. The line at the concession stand was too long and the wait was insane, especially for a place that was starting to get full. I went on a Saturday around 11am... that's PRIME! TIME!! That's when you would have a FULL STAFF! Two staff at the concession stand, two staff setting up the party rooms, two in the front, two roaming the play area. .... That's just for the weekend staffing. Weekday, knock it down to ONE or less in all the areas that I listed. But it gets better and this is the ending. As we were in the front. One of the staff that was there happen to have a relative that she hasn't seen in a long time. I know this by her reaction and by what she said and how her convo went. She said, "when did you get in motherfu&!3r?!" Loud and clear. My wife said that shortly after she said, "my bad for my language".... Umm too late sweet pea. Thank God my son didn't hear that. I would have been upset if I had to explain to him that's not a word you use. So that was our intro to this place. Not a good start. Would I return? Yes and I'll bring in my own snacks to avoid waiting 10 min for a bottle of water or drinks. And put ear muffs on my children. That's all folks.
