Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I walked in with MY DRESS, and I needed it shortened. As a paying customer (with money on hand) the owner's wife had the WORSE attitude. My mother accompanied me and simply asked her if she could only bring the outermost hem up because the rest of the dress (which is layered) was not touching the ground and was higher up. The women rolled her eyes said that if we didn't want the dress to be done her way we could GO somewhere else. Now in customer service if a customer buys a $300 dress they bought from somewhere else, brings it to your small sew shop to be taken up in a specific area, are you going to tell them that they can not have their dress taken up in the manner they want it. Are you going to have them wear a dress that was altered in a way they wish for it not to be? I can't speak for the owner himself, but if you are a female and need something taken in, this is by far the WORST place to go. By all means, Columbus has many incredible tailor shops. Go and find someone else. Don't entrust one of your items to someone who doesn't care for your service. Instead, find someone that will serve you in grace.
