The day of the procedure everything went smoothly. They explained everything that was going to be going on, took before pictures, and talked me about what the best way to deal with my problems areas would be. I had Lipo done on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016. I got the upper and lower abdominal areas. I'm on day 3 after liposuction, my recovery is going faster that I thought. Just a little uncomfortable but not much pain at all. The staff was very professional and very informed. Dr. Michael Gilles and Dr. Jeffrey Flagg were pleasant an quite knowledgeable regarding my procedure. I am very satisfied with the experience in Sonobello, I definitely felt like I was in good hands. They took excellent care of me before during and after my procedure. The team truly cares about what they are doing for you. Dr. Gilles and Dr. Flagg were doing the actual liposuction itself. Dr. Flagg ask me which was my favorite singer and I told him Mark Anthony. For my surprise in the procedure room the play Mark Anthony music. They made feel relaxed. The worst part was just the numbing, which is expected. After that there was no pain just in some areas a little discomfort but nothing that can't be handle. Dr. Gilles and Dr. Flagg did a great job and really works hard and takes his time so that he can get you the best results. This was a great experience all around. I am 2 weeks post-op from abdominal Lipo with my upper and lower abdominals and love handles. The procedure was manageable, but a bit painful around the ribs. Whenever I complained, I received more medication. I was provided detailed information about the procedure and what to expect. I did read some of the previous reviews, but liposuction is not an overnight fix. Your body takes time to heal. I have quite a bit of bruising, but I get weekly emails from sonobello on what to expect (and I did my homework). I was off pain meds in 2 days, and I am back to my daily routine. I love the Marena compression garment and the arnica. I do see that my muffin top and love handles are gone even with the swelling. I expect to see the better results in about 4 more weeks, so I will post again. I would recommend sonobello. Update: I am 5 weeks post-op and I am seeing the results. I still have some pain. I recommend massaging the treatment areas and use the compression garments. Take pictures of your journey~ when I get into my clothes, my confidence is back. I wish I had done this sooner. Update: 60 days post-op. The results are about 50 % but I am doing great. The results are amazing. No love handles, no muffin top. I still have bruising and some minor pain, but I am happy with my results. I did yoga for the first time and it was so much easier without all of excess fat in my abdominal area. I have always put others first and didn't seem to ever have the time or energy to do anything special for myself. But recently my mirror didn't seem to reflect the person I truly am. This place is my new "me" time spot! Sono Bello has totally changed my spirit and has renewed motivation in me towards getting fit. I started getting the Sono Bello Venus treatment about 6 months ago. Since starting the Venus sessions, the changes to my body have drastically improved. I now very much look forward to every single session. By the end of each session I feel my abdomen tightening. I can always see a difference in my appearance after. It almost feels like I did a really great and hardcore workout. It's the feeling that encourages me to make healthier choices and workout. It also helps that having such a nice team for the sessions. I feel like I'm chatting with an old friend during the sessions. I truly absolutely love Sono Bello. Not only is the treatment amazing and incredible, the service and staff is super as well. This was a fabulous experience, and I can't thank the team at Sonobello enough for giving me a new lease on life. I am a single mom and older, and this is exactly the jump start I needed to start anew. I admit I was apprehensive and reluctant when I met with the consultant, but I was so tired of my spare tire and back boobs that I decided in that office that I would give this a try. This was not an easy decision, as the cost of the procedure and the possible disappointment were looming, but I felt like this was my only hope. I have nothing but positive things to say about my overall experience. From the time I met with Sarah fudge (which is a absolute sweetheart) to the doctor (that kept me in the loop at all times) and the nurses that assisted me. I guess after reading all the negative reviews I was expecting something to go wrong, I thought that I was going to come in, hear about sonobello, receive the harrassment of trying to be sold services I didn't need, wait extended periods to be seen and deal with a number of mean, impatient and arrogant folks especially from the ladies at the front desk, but from my reading and my actual experience, well it's a big big difference. I normally don't take much time and effort to express what I liked and disliked about my experiences, I'm just that slient patron that deals with issues of poor service by not being a patron. Sarah made my experience and decision to go with Sono bello so worry less and hassle free, I would recommend her! To anyone I know.. I had my procedure 2 weeks ago and so far so good! I went in for my consultation and met an awesome staff. They were very professional and accommodating. I met with my surgeon on my pre op visit and loved his personality. He answered all of my questions and I left there feeling excited about my procedure. On the day of my procedure, I was a little nervous. We, the nurse, surgeon, and myself, discussed the process and expectations once again. This put me at ease and I was ready to proceed. During the procedure, I had dialogue with the nurse and surgeon about how I was feeling, what area he was working on, and how the procedure was progressing. I was able to see it as well. So comforting for me. After the procedure, we discussed my results and the things I needed to do to get my best results. Later that evening, my surgeon called to see how I was doing. He gave me his cell number and told me to call whenever I needed him. Since that day, I have received some type of communication from Sonobello everyday via phone call or email. I am a large older male and went to Sono Bello in Schaumburg to get a head start on a transformation. I was told I have a lot of visceral fat and they can't remove that but chose to go with it anyway. On 7/24 I had my abdomen done and 8/10 I had my waist and chin done. Every step of the way the staff told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do or watch for starting from the consultation to the post op plan. I had my breast augmentation done at Sono Bello. I was so nervous and had a million questions to ask. I met with Sono Bello doctors and she went over every detail calmly and reassuringly. She was very quick to respond to my emails/ texts. Day of surgery I was nervous but she came to see me right before and it truly made me feel much better. Not only is everybody you meet so calm and caring but the office is warm, welcoming, and very clean. It's convenient that the surgery center is right next door so you're already comfortable with where you are going day of. I have always wanted this procedure (Laser Liposuction), but never really checked into it until I saw the Sonobello commercials several times. I thought, "why not check into it and see what can be done?" so I made a phone call and set an appointment right away. After meeting with the staff, I made my decision quickly to have it done, right then and there, so I wouldn't change my mind. I'm glad I did as I have been happy so far (going on my 4th week) and I'm starting to see the results. Every week that goes by is getting better and better. I went to Sonobello and had my very first procedure my tummy, after months now I feel amazing I lost 8 pounds and 5 inches off my tummy all around! The office staff is wonderful, Sono Bello staff is wonderful and so honest and informative. It was a very trusting experience. It's an expensive procedure. Originally I wanted a tummy tuck and breast augmentation, but am leaning more towards just a tummy tuck due to cost, and I know Sono Bello will do great! I have many friends who have had procedures done and I've inquired info from their websites and wasn't nearly as pleased. My second step in process of reducing male chest fat was a Dr. Flag, Dr. Flag did great job in explaining about surgery process , area which needs to be treated, after surgery steps and finally healing process. My fabulous time at sonobello .Dr. Farias was my doctor , wonderful wonderful man. His bedside manner was outstanding. I was nervous as all hell, he made me feel very relaxed and took his time to explain any and every poke, prod, procedure that he would do. No questions was too crazy, weird , or dumb to him. I also was very relaxed during the procedure. He played the music of my choice and talked to me as if we were old friends , everything turned out fabulous! As a consumer, I was somewhat trepidatious about sono bello given some of the negative reviews. However, after having my procedure, I am absolutely amazed at my results! I lost 3.5" off my waist and 3.5" off my lower ab/hip circumference..and I am only 6 days post-op!! My stomache is almost flat even though I am still a bit swollen. As a healthcare provider, I cannot rave enough about every staff staff member at this clinic. Dr. Flag is highly skilled, friendly and very professional. The first 36 hours were very unconfortable, but the procedure itself was not very bad at all. Dr. Flag has great taste in intraoperative music :) My recovery has been smooth sailing otherwise. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews about Sono Bello and I have to say that I'm so glad I took the leap of faith and had surgery done. Dr. Flagg and his nurse was absolutely wonderful. He talked during the procedure, played my favorite music, and my nurse held my hand the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My first day was the hardest pain wise but after the second and third I am already feeling much better. Dr Flagg called me that night to check on me and his nurse called me the next morning to check on me as well.
