Admittedly, I am not an easy client to represent. I was not always available to sign documents, get them what they requested from me, nor was I easy to reach. Despite being difficult at times, they always kept me apprised of what was going on with regard to my case and they always treated me with respect and dignity. At the time, Eric was just starting out and Patrick was overseeing his training. I could tell that Pat was taking the time to make sure he was trained and well versed in housing law. I felt blessed to have these two on my side. Never once did it feel as if I was getting "free" advice or subpar representation. In fact, if anything they appeared to be more knowledgeable than the attorney representing the apartment management company, which amazed me because he obviously represents a landlord and likely has had numerous cases. For the older folk, learning about the value of the Laguna to the whole of our watershed is part of the package. Vernal pools, restoration projects and a collaboration with the California Native Plant Society to conserve seeds and grow Monarch-friendly milkweed are on offer. This is a hidden gem in our very precious Sonoma landscape. Look for it.
