Update: they allowed me to go through twice more when I returned but made it clear this was only because of the gift card type I had used. This is not available for everyone. Took my car for the first time and paid for their highest tier wash ($25)...not returning. I recognize my car was dirty, that's why I took it to get it washed, but this isn't acceptable - their wash cycle didn't even wash the dry erase they used off my windshield, which reveals the lackluster performance of their system. read more

I've been coming here for years. Doug, Rudy, Parnell, Isaiah, Marco, Jacquelin all remember me and make sure my car goes thru ok taped up or retract if needed. Parnell and Doug are especially just awesome people. They've always got microfiber towels ready to go. The vacuum pressure used to be better about 4 to 5 years ago, but everything else is working good. The unlimited wash is king. They use a drying agent so wipe down is a must. Last year they got a brand new chain drive in the wash so there's less breakdowns. It does get busy but a very chill fun place to wash your car. If you got a BMW or anything sensitive, just let them know before you go through. read more

My daughter paid $30 to wash her car and pulled it around to utilize their vacuums. An employee approached her and stated that she could not be in the vacuum area and that she needed to be a member to use their vacuums. What a joke. Take the drive to quick quack. read more

On Friday, June 14, 2024 at 5 pm, I took my pickup to Ducky's Car Wash in Napa. I asked the attendant if my pickup didn't come clean the first time if I would be allowed to run it through one more time and the answer from the attendant was no, not usually but he'd make an exception this one time, and in the future, I would be required to pay for a second time through the wash even if my pickup came out dirty. Well guess what? After the first time through my truck's hood, top of cab, and bed cover still had dirt and bird droppings on them. That's not what i expect for a $22 carwash. Recently they raised the price of their top carwash, ten percent or $2, up from twenty dollars. Dissatisfied, I contacted the attendant and he reminded me that he would make an exception this one time and next time if i had to run my pickup through the carwash a second time to clean the dirt off, he would have to charge me $22 again. Well, this carwash has the same results as a local gas station carwash except the gas station carwash only charges $7 (seven dollars). Visiting from out of town, had about 9h worth of bug guts all over my car. Stopped here for a quick wash. Unclear lanes/payment instruction (the far right is for those with memberships, the two left lanes are for those without memberships). Got the basic $12 wash. Guy said the wash might not get rid of all the bug guts--he was delightfully wrong :D at least 99% of the guts on the windshield are gone. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be bringing my car back through for a solid wash. read more

I had not been here since it was bought out .i was considering the subscription plan but wanted to give it a try. I bought the mid range car wash for $18 and was through the wash in under 2 minutes. They warn you that the car will get 85% dry and you can pull off to the side to dry the rest. It would be nice if they left the cars around the fans a bit longer to get the water off. I still had water spots and a few dirty spots after the wash. As I had not been there before I was not sure who to talk to so I just dried my car the best I could and left. A bit over priced for a 2 minute wash and 3/4 dry. read more

Was in the area visiting and my car needed a good wash & cleaning. Paid $20 for their top wash "The Lucky Duck". Upon arrival I informed the attendant on what I would like and he's response was "you know how's this works" not even a hello or good morning or have you been here before. I wash really interested in a good washing and vacuuming (which I would have done myself) but the vacuums are for monthly members and not passing through individuals. For $20 I don't believe the wash is worth it, especially not being able to use there Vacuums. Save yourself the additional $10 and do the Gas Station Carwash you get the same results for your buck! read more

Update to previous posted review. We filed a credit card dispute and a dispute of this entity with the Better Business Bureau. That's when an owner or higher up manager actually called us and offered to resolve the matter. We agreed to driving back to Napa to give our credit card to receive a refund of the months they charged us after we had cancelled. For that we are grateful because we truly did not use the service after attempting to cancel all the way back in December. I am now posting this review because I feel it's fair to do so as they reached out and handled our dispute.. I just wish they had done so without us having to dispute and fight to just cancel our membership. But they redeemed themselves from a 1/5 to a 3/5 because in the end they did the right thing, finally.. and well.. fair is fair. Thanks! read more

I wish I had taken before photos because my car was NASTY dirty. Wash was good, vacuums were strong, they give you a dash wipe. Can't complain for a free wash (I received a post card in the mail for their best wash for free). Reasons why I didn't give 5 stars: 1) vacuums are only available to "unlimited members" 2) there are only 4 vacuum spots and they are in the most inconvenient area of the property 3) there are four levels of washes, their best wash is $20/wash or $40/mo for unlimited washes. Now in my opinion their biggest competitor/comparison would be Quick Quack (closest one in Vacaville) and I was an unlimited member at Quick Quack before I moved to Napa and their cost is $30/mo. I don't see any reason why Ducky's should be $10 more. 4) they close at 5pm read more

Best reinvention of a business that I ever witnessed. A great idea that came out of the COVID situation. Their equipment is superior, and the cleaning stations are simple and easy to use. Unlimited washes per car for ten bucks a month can't be beat. I believe I'm saving hundreds per year by using this concept. It would be nice if they came up with a discount family plan for two or three vehicles. We'll see. Very polite staff. read more

I have been going to this car wash over 2 years. When Doug arrived he was pleasant but said a few negative comments about staff and previous manager. The things he said was racially derogative towards the Hispanic community. Specifically, that the workers didn't work well and that they couldn't understand anything because they were Mexican. I took it as the man is just uneducated. Fast forward to 6 months ago, I expressed issues with Angel. Doug, apologized and said he would take care of it and offered me 3 months complimentary. I didn't ask for it - he just offered it. Now, for the last three months I have been getting to get back into month to month billing. I have given Rudy and Doug my credit card 6 times to get the month to month re-started. The price has now gone up as well. So I stated that I am not a new customer, the previous price should be honored. Doug agreed and said Rudy could call corporate and it would be taken care of. It wasn't. I have come in at least 6 times and each and every time they ask me for my credit card. I am at the point that I am not only suspicious of why they keep asking for my card - but why can't they sort this out ? I have Doug private number and I have sent him numerous texts asking for assistance when Rudy asks for my credit card. I never get a reply. Today, I go in for the 7 th time and they ask me for my credit card AGAIN! Doug is shaking his slurpie cup at me so I wave back to him in a very unfriendly wave- because I am livid at this point! I want to go to the car wash, wash my car and leave but each time they ask me to pull to front to get my card. So if it's not paid for , WHY? Are they allowing me to go go in each time. So Rudy tells me again to pull a round and provide my credit card number. Doug walks over and says that it's my fault because I should read the receipt. I tell him that he called me and said it was all resolved . He said it wasn't after all. I ask him why do I have to keep going through this every time ? He then proceeds to call me DUDE. Once I asked him NOT to refer to me as Dude he got angry . He said that's it , your cancelled! I say to him - this is your mistake Not mine. Every time we do this , I provide you my credit card and you say the ach is resolved . He then started yelling at me and said I was in private property and I needed to leave. I said really ? He said yeah! He then told Rudy to cancel my account , in fact cancel all her accounts. I have several accounts from private cars to fleet of trucks and my families Limo transport service. So cancelling me is a total of about 18 cars who are signed up for monthly service. So I would really like the owner to call me and tell me he doesn't want my business if I'm truly cancelled. I have had to put up with bad service, Doug making Mexican jokes about his staff - little does Doug realize , I am Mexican, so I guess he thinks it's okay to talk like that . All the issues arise from the management Doug and end with Doug. If he isn't capable of properly training his staff for their positions including transactions then Maybe a change is needed. read more

Thought I would give this place a try, as it apprars to have changed ownership. Poor decision on my part. My truck came out with dirt still on the tailgate and the wheels. I pointed this out to the attendant, and asked if he could run the car through again. He said I could pay again to rin my truck through the car wash.
