I was assured that the appointment was scheduled with a female and after all this particular location is called the women's center. well, I drive and arrived and waited only to find out the tech was a male and they have no female techs there at all. This appointment was rescheduled for another week and because of the nature of the appointmen, I don't think they should make me wait that long. I attempted to submit a complaint. They put me on eternal hold and finally hung up on me. The process of submitting a complaint is an additional burden on the patient and they don't want to hear you out. they will never learn how bad they really are. This is not the first time I have had scheduling issues. They've scheduled me at the wrong office for the wrong imaging service and gave me the run around. All in all, I wonder how our insurances tolerate this kind of service for their members.

They are incredibly prompt (much appreciated since I'm normally fasting and HANGRY when I arrive.) The best thing for me is that these folks know what they are doing. I have tiny veins and they never struggle with the draw. Results are typically done within two days and if you sign up for their portal, you'll get an alert when it's ready. Bonus is there is a Starbucks in the Safeway too so you can go straight to breakfast!!

Then at 4:25 yesterday afternoon I received another email and text stating the appointment had been moved to 9 am. I immediately called and the phone was answered by an unprofessional sounding young woman who took over 10 minutes to locate the appointment. She then informed me it was too late to change it. I told her the 9 am time would not work and why. She said she'd send a message to someone (not sure who). Subsequently I texted, called, left a voicemail message, and sent an email requesting contact. No response. Fast forward to this morning. At 7:39 I received a text stating the technician was on his way. 30 seconds later I received a text stating work was finished. I immediately called and left another voicemail asking that someone contact me about scheduling. No one has. So to recap: this company scheduled an early appointment for the next day. I called within 15 minutes but they refused to change it, even though the time scheduled was their mistake. Then they showed up unannounced almost 90 minutes earlier than that! Wow. I've given this company 2 stars only because so far they haven't screwed up the actual blood draw. But as far as scheduling is concerned they seem to care more about their own convenience than that of my Mom. They literally just show up whenever they want.

I got an appointment the same day (good!)…read more Before the test I asked if they take insurance, but said "no, but we will provide everything you need to submit it to your insurance company". So, they did a good job with my test and my results within 20 minutes. When I was sent my results, but it was missing: 1) Type of service/Procedure code. 2) Health care professional name/credentials 3) Health care professional Tax ID #. I called twice, emailed them 2 times with no replies (bad!). Then and went to the facility in Scottsdale and they said they didn't have it (bad!). Bottom line, they provide a good service if you want to pay full price. If you want to submit it to your insurance, don't believe them when they say they'll provide you what's needed to submit it to your insurance.
