He continued to deny his work on the car and said " I don't guarantee my work" Guarantee your work!! What does that mean. You don't trust your own shop/work. He denied to look at the car. My experience here was unpleasant and would not recommend it. I waited an extra 10 minutes to get a used tire for the passenger side of a Toyota Corolla because the manager told the employee to stop working on my car to assist the Tesla. The manager's only focus was to help the customer with better cars. I see I would have to bring my G wagon for better service. Better yet, I would spend the extra $100 to go to Les Schwab for better customer service and where they treat everyone equally. read more

I would not advise anybody to ever go to this Tire shop no good mechanic shop I had them check my car they said it was the belt for the motor I had them replace it paid them next day I had to get towed so I took it somewhere else and had it done right I haven't had a problem with it I just took my wife's Jeep over there just a couple days ago and supposedly they we're supposed to put brake pads rotors front and back the next day it's making noise it's shaking I take it back to them three different people drive it and say that they don't hear nothing They're lying they can hear it they could feel it I think that they should just have integrity and do the job the way it's supposed to be done so I took the owner he heard it he felt but he still has to say that it's the brakes it's not his mechanics garbage all they work to do is garbage so like I told him I would just take it somewhere else but it's not right I paid him $240 and now I got to take it somewhere else that doesn't make sense they just try to see what they can get and send you on your way they don't care no good business I would advise anybody if you're going to get your car fixed find a mechanic do not take it to that shop read more

This place lost its integrity after hiring certain employees. The gentlemen will be nice enough to give you a reasonable price, then when the woman charge you they will try to up the price by $100 simply because they say so, this is supposed to be a business. Your word is supposed to be honored. I've been giving them my business for years, stopping after today. The way you treat customers had a lot to say about an establishment. You're not Maytag and $190 for front breaks on an older vehicle makes you look silly and needy. Looks like the attitude is making them lose business, so they pick and choose who to mess over. It's pretty sad when you wanna support a small business and they rip you off. I took my car and there to get four tires mounted and balanced and when they bring the tires to my car put on I noticed there was no balance in time. I talk to the girl and she said they were balanced. Obviously they were not balanced they still had the old weights on there and they were not even moved around they were in the same place. This place was the best tire shop in town back in the early 2000s. now the place is really gone down hill. You wonder why there is no price board? It's because they make up whatever price they want on you based on your ethnicity and believe it just sit down on the brown concrete bench and observe every single non Spanish speaking person get ripped off. Don't worry you'll have plenty of time to study your surroundings because they take a hour minimum for a basic tire change. ARMANDO you really let this place sink to the ground which is sad because my family has done business with you for over 20 years. Profits don't mean much after the whole community comes together and realizes your place is bottom tier to all the 20 other tire shops within a mile radius to you. Hope you guys could flourish again and be the best in town again but for now you're letting lots of your community people down. And I know I speak for many of them that wish this place would run with the same pride it did in the early 2000s. Best of luck in the future but please change. Reply: the issue is the prices that change per person even though they ordered the same size used tire. If you where charging based on brand of the used tire that's just worse. If I could give this place no stars I would. They rip people off while making you feel like they are helping you, yet they are straight up lying to you. I went in to see if they could take a look at my car since it had been having some issues and also seeking an oil change. He looked at it and said everything was fine since the check engine light wasn't on and quoted an oil change for $140. When I politely asked why was it so expensive he gave me all these random reasons. He then said he would take a look at it while doing the oil change, which is why I agreed to it. I figured he would check it out and help find what the issue was. I AM SURE HE DIDNT EVEN DO THAT, because when I picked up my car it didn't start!!! He said, it's for sure the battery. I asked him why didn't I get a call to get it replaced. He said its better if you go to autoZone it's cheaper that way. Let me tell you I did after they jumpstart me. When I got to autoZone and I explained the situation to the guy helping me he y old me "they straight up robbed you." The worst part is they did a horrible job since they didn't fill up some liquids/fluids for the AC. I went to this mechanic yesterday and hooked it up to a diagnostic machine. The mechanic gave me a price up 400-1000 for a water leak for the radiator and he didn't know were the leak was coming from. I decided not to get it fix there because I didn't feel comfortable with him not knowing where the leak was coming from. So I went to a friends house that's a retired mechanic and showed me where the leak was coming from and fixed in less than 5 mins. The leak was on the top very clear and visible. I was distraught he needed to take my car apart for a water leak.I wish the the owner would take the moment to call me so he can see it himself. My son always recommend me to this place and after this incident I will need to reconsider. read more

Took my truck in for alignment and tire rotation if necessary, they advise me the pick up was ready after an hour later, same day I took truck home it was now pulling to the left instead of right and steering wheel to the right same way I brought it in. Dropped off following day, I advised them I was in no hurry to just fix the problems & to please test drive truck before calling me to tell me truck is done ready for pick up. Called me an hour later and advise me truck was done once again, I asked if they test drove the truck they responded "yes". I picked up truck and as I'm leaving now, the steering wheel is to the left. I appreciate the effort they put into my truck but I won't be taking any of my vehicles there again. Thank you read more

this place is horrible, owner cant even make an appearance too help fix an issue, has too take "personal day" or have employees lie saying hes not there or wont be coming in. workers here do not take care of expensive wheels that come in my wheels were scuffed, broken valve stem that they said they didn't have then couple hours later call and say they found it, lost my valve stem covers and tried too put ones that weren't mine, owner doesn't want too come in and resolve this issue with me. owner has be dodging too give me a call back. i have before where the wheels were all clean no scuffs or scratches and after pics of the damages. my tpms sensors were not on right so they were leaking quickly. if we didn't know we would have had blown tires while driving and caused an accident putting people at risk especially ourselves which the owner didn't care too help resolve there mistakes. i had too take them some where else too repair this shops mistakes ridiculous. dont ever come here unless you wanna get your property damaged. read more
