I came in for a simple tire patch on my Tesla Model Y, and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I had gone to a few other tire shops in the area, and they were hesitant to help with such a small job, but this place had no problem taking care of it. The team was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly. I'd definitely come back to purchase tires here in the future. Highly recommend! read more

Came across this place because I got a flat tire and was on side of road. I was pricing tires for my travel trailer and the main issue was getting it to a tire shop. I looked up a mobile tire service in hopes the price would be fair. Not only was it cheaper and more convenient, they gave me a better quality tire. I have to say, for Sonora being a small tire repair they definitely treat you like it's a big corporation. Their services are outstanding. I had a tire issue with a bent rim. They sent their crew to my house within the hour. Repaired my tire enough to drive to get it fixed and gave me a used tire in which was basically brand new. And their fees were very reasonable for that service. I advise anyone looking for a tire company on the fly. Definitely get ahold of Sonora Tires. Honestly there are better and cheaper places. I came here 2 weeks ago got used tires and I understand they don't guarantee used but it's what I want and I've never had a problem. The tire they replaced was slowly losing air. And I paid for balance came out to $120. Not only did they give me a bad tire that's also losing air , it's losing air everyday and the one I had was losing air once a month. Don't Recommend. Go to cordovas tires in Pomona. They never failed me! read more

Honestly not worth it at all went in for a alignment, not only that but i was told they adjust camber bolts and the guy refusing to even do my alignment saying the car was to low when in reality it wasn't seems like he just didn't even want to do the work when the lady stated and told me yeah we can adjust the toe and the camber. I totally understand that there no warranty I'm sure of that. But the guy doing the alignments just didn't even bother or know how to even do it. read more

I would just like to say that this tire place has quality customer service and did not give me creepy vibes, I know all you ladies know what I mean. I am very hesitant to go to certain repair/tire shops by myself. The gentlemen here made me feel welcomed and like family and I would highly recommend going to them! They do not overcharge, they do quality work and I'm new to the area and this tire shop was actually recommended to me. 2004 Nissan Titan... Busted lug studs on both my front wheels. Did a ton of research. Les Schwabs tires were ridiculous on cost. America's tire wouldn't replace lug studs. My regular mechanic would have charged the same as these folks did but their tires were more expensive. Sonora had less expensive higher mileage tires. Got my lug studs replaced and tires mounted in a couple hours. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also gave me a really great quote on brake bleed and pad replacement. Glad I found these guys! read more

Had to come back here again for my wife's car. They offer financing with no credit needed and no interest for 100 days. This really helps because we are still waiting for our tax refunds. Called and spoke to the fantastic Juan who said come on down. I thought I had just one nail in my left rear tire . The very alert Alan spotted another nail in my right one as well. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the vibe, the warmth that I experienced immediately . All the workers just seem calm, happy and just loving life.. Translation and end result - great, efficient, very reasonable( $25 per tire) professional, honest service from Juan and his team as I sat and almost nodded off in the comfortable chair in the waiting room. I was in and out in 17 minutes. Just a 5 minute drive south of the 215 and a minute from Arrow. Golden Tire sets the Golden standard. Good, really GOOD people here! Grateful.

This week my father brought his vehicle to this shop to address an oil leak, he is not a mechanic…read moreand specifically asked for help diagnosing and fixing an oil leak. Instead of properly diagnosing the leak issue , staff claimed he requested "valve cover repair" which is not true. He works in medicine and does not even use or know mechanical terms like "valve cover". He relied entirely on THIS SHOP's expertise to both identify and address the actual problem. They charged him almost 700$ for VALVE COVER gasket replacement and the oil leak was not fixed. They then refused responsibility and instead blamed my father, no refund, credit , proper diagnostic or fixing of the actual leak issue. IF the shop was unable to properly diagnose or address the oil leak, they failed to clearly communicate that to my father (the customer) before proceeding with repairs. This is absolutely unacceptable. If a customer comes in asking for help with an oil leak, it IS the shops legal responsibility under California Law to properly diagnose and NOT perform unrelated repair and then shift blame when it fails. This experience felt extremely misleading and exploitative especially in a community without mechanical/maintenance knowledge that depends on local shops to be honest. We will be filing a formal complaint with BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) so the state can determine whether this shop properly followed legal and ethical standards. I strongly advise others to be cautious and get a second opinion before agreeing to ANY form of repairs here, Based on our experience we simply cannot recommend this shop for accurate diagnosis or reliable service. If they couldn't fix the oil leak then they should have said NO, instead of performing a repair that did not address the problem. UPDATE: golden tires put on a legal document (receipt) that labor for 1 HOUR was 519.50 dollars. Receipt was also added in BAR formal complaint. State of California limits PER HOUR labor charges. DOUBLE CHECK or file formal complaint w BAR if you need further clarification.

Who in the right mind would buy two tires that are different, even if they're used and that the ad says nothing about this. Also, sure they will install them, but they don't balance the tires, because of course, that's extra. So coming in for $25 used tires thinking sure I'll pay $50 for two, ends up being over $100. If that is not crooked, I have no idea what is. The only thing I will say, though is the two employees that were there were very nice, and they were just doing what the owner told them to do. So I don't blame the employees at all. They were actually pretty cool.

Thank god I contacted a smaller, local mechanic who was generous enough to come to my house, fix all of my wiring and replace damaged parts for HALF of the price of Mountain View Tire. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, I will not be coming back and would not recommend coming here for anything, including oil changes. Please call your local shop and give them your money, which will be about half of what you'd spend at this place by the way.

Cesar the tire technician explained to me that I'd be next after a truck , and told me the car would be done 11 the latest so when I showed up at 10:35 to see another car still being worked on I took my car and left because I knew that my alignment would be impossible to do in 20 minutes given. If I could give this shop a 0 stars I would, man is so rude, we left my car at their shops but decided to get used tires instead so we called literally 1-2 minutes after leaving the car and told them we rather get used tires, they said they couldn't because they don't do used tires.. so we said okay the alignment alone is fine. He said he was going to charge me an extra 40 dollars for already mounting the tires on when there is no way they took off my tired and mounted 4 of them in less than 3 minutes.... I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this shop. I drove in for a quote, and without my consent, they took off my tires. When I refused their service, they threatened to charge me $20. On top of that, one worker mistreated me verbally and another mad dogged me and made me feel uncomfortable by staring at me the entire time. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, their prices are comparable to those of big tire shops, so there's no incentive to put up with their poor service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I am a female and I've been a loyal customer for quite a while. Every time I visit, Eli the Great always says hello with a smile. Today Gerry went out his way to give me a face mask to wear with the company's name on it. I will definitely wear the mask. thank you for making this experience memorable.
