I came to the shop and got a quote for a front and rear brake upgrade on my 1986 Buick regal grand national. I bring my car in a couple days later. I speak to an Another guy (dad or owner of the shop) letting him know I was there a couple of days ago. and this is the quote he gave me. By this time the first guy that gave me a quote arrives. states the other guy said it's going to be this price (of course a higher price). ok, let's do it. they run into a problem with rear. I needed to order some brackets to readjust my rear shocks. ok, get ready to pay. "It was more work then we figured". so the price guys up again. So I pay, smh, and leave. ordered the brackets. Now I'm back a week later. I'm the first one to arrive Friday morning. one of the workers states the tech should be in around 8-8:30. I'm here at 7:45. Another vehicle pulls up around 8:15. The same worker that I spoke too. open the back door and pulled the vehicle right. I say, "hey i was here first". he says, "this job is easier". Their doing a full front and back brake job on the vehicle. it's 9:10. I'm writing this review as I'm still waiting. Then another worker (the tech that was worker in my vehicle). is changing a radiator for a customer who pulled up after me as well. SMH it's not right! Well, they put my car on the rack around 9:50am. At 11:05am, the worker who I've been dealing with from the beginning approach me with some bad news. He said that the boss didn't wanna finish the job. I was refunded a little bit more then what I was quoted for labor on the rear. But at this point my time was wasted more then anything. They'll never get my business again. I hope this helps someone. Find a better shop. read more

The managers attitude to acept seeing that this was the last place my car has been to get censors checked, brought in my receipt and his attitude and vostermer service is horrifying doesn't look and seem to be having a heart to his shops. Says anything to sell you a tire. Purchased a pair that they had available stated any time I come back they would have another pair. "They usually just kept two in stock" said when I returned another day they would have the pair and do an alignment. So of corse bought the first pair. I return today to tell me it's a special order they carry some other brand. I will to search else where now. read more

Cool dudes, stopped by for used tires in the front and they hooked it up for 90 bucks. Everywhere else I asked was 120.

I took them a tire from my rental car that needed a patch. There was a puncture on the surface of the tire. Should have cost 10 dollars. A few minutes after I gave them my tire they come back and show me a huge gash on the side of my tire that was clearly made by their machinery. They refused to take responsibility for it even though they had their rookie teenage employee doing the job. Needless to say I had to purchase a used tire from them. I will never go to them again. The manager should have gave me a used tire for free especially since the tire they ruined was new. Horrible customer service. read more

If I could give this shop a --1,000,000 I would !! They sold me 4 used cars for $140 and the manager clearly said they were gonna balance my tires as well for the same price . So I left my car and got picked up to go eat while they did the service.... to my surprise when I picked up my car and jump on the freeway, after passing 65mph my steering wheel start to vibrate like crazy ! We all know they do that when tires are not balanced. What bothers me is that they thought I was stupid to not know my tires weren't balanced .... like are u for reals ??? I came in here in my truck with a little tire for my moms car in my trunk. I said "hello" and got a hello back from all the little Mexican men that were hanging out. A young man came up to me and i opened my trunk, I asked him for a used tire, he didn't let me touch it, he got it down and brought it back all in a very quick time. Very gentleman like. I told the young man my experience and he said it sounded like my tires needed to be balanced. They took me right away on a Friday morning early and were done in about 20 minutes or less.
