So my flight was canceled and I was stuck in arizona for 2 days until I could get another flight. I desperately needed a stress reliever and thought what better then a massage.... started reading about places nearby and found this wonderful little spot.... and I have to say it must have been Devine intervention because I was meant to discover this place...... I had an hour massage with a 30 minutes cranial sacral.... so before I go into the details, I will start off by saying they are absolutely wonderful!!!! They are so so so thoughtful and bent over backwards to squeeze me in!! I had a practitioner named Jennifer and all I can say is she is a pure ANGEL!!! Truly a gift from the heavens above!!! I walked out of there lighter then air and felt absolutely spectacular!! I was definitely taken to another dimension and back... her hands were so soothing and nurturing and spirit so graceful.. I just moved here and was looking for a new place to get my dermaplaning done, and I definitely found it! I got the signature facial with dermaplaning add on. Everything about this place was relaxing, from the ambiance to the workers. The room had a great vibe, set by relaxing music, dim lights, and even this light/wave projection on the ceiling that honestly was the perfect touch. Jennifer did my facial. She talked to me beforehand, asking about my skin and what I was looking for. That facial was the BEST facial I've ever had done. She is obviously very knowledgeable about skin and gave me tips and product recommendations without pushing anything on me. She was very gentle with the dermaplaning and my face wasn't agitated nor did it peel like I have had with other treatments in the past. I purchased one of their December gift certificates and when I called to book I asked if they saw it on my account and they did and I booked a body scrub and a dermaplaning facial for my birthday morning. This was my first time at the new location which is nice. I spoke to them 3 times prior to my appointment in addition to filling out all of the paperwork. The check in person was nice, he double checked my account to make sure all my forms were filled out and he confirmed I had a gift certificate for one of the services. When I checked out the person said my gift certificate was expired and they were sorry they hadn't caught it (all 4 times). So after a bit they offered to honor the amount paid (not the service) and I would pay the difference which I did. I had the body scrub it was fine, not great, but the technician was very sweet and nice, the scrub itself was fine she did the top/back of legs, arms and stomach/back. I probably wouldn't book this service again. The dermaplaning is my favorite facial, I love the entire process and the frozen globes on the face and how amazing my face looks & feels afterwards. Unfortunately, this one felt a little rushed and once I got home and washed my face I noticed my skin was not smooth, there were so many patches of hair still on my face :( - I immediately called the spa back to let them know and the front desk person placed me on a hold and then put the tech on the phone. She asked me to come back, and I could not as I just had enough time to get ready for my birthday plans. She didn't apologize or offer any solutions besides just razor it off myself. She did say I could come in the next day and talk to the front desk and see if someone could help me but that she would not be there and they were completely booked. I asked for a refund or appointment to get this fixed. This was April 20 and to this day I have not received a call back or appointment or apology. Although this is a "first world problems" complaint - it's not the experience I wanted on my birthday and the lack of follow up/care isn't either. I'll keep looking for a new spa. (the pictures are mostly high cheek, around the eye area, both sides and the side jaw area with all the fuzz still there...) read more

The Swedish massage was good and thorough and she went the entire 60 + minutes -- no feet work so add that on if you are expecting that. I really don't have any complaints. She was very good. I am so glad this place is open again after quarantine. This place is so calm and so peaceful. I really love the fact that your treatment time does not start until you get on the table beds. They always chitchat with you in the beginning before you get on the table and really try to understand what's really going on behind the body aches. TLDR; stayed open late for us, fed us, customized our experiences for the best spa day ever, exchanged cute dog pics. COME TO THIS SPA!!!!!!! You won't regret it. My best friend & I came to Phoenix from Seattle for a vacation to celebrate our birthdays. We wanted to go to a spa after we landed, so I did some Yelping and found Sonoran Serenity Spa. It was a 45 minute drive from our hotel, but given the great reviews and package options we really wanted to come here. I emailed the company advising that the only "late" online option was 5:15 which we wouldn't work for us given our flight & traffic, and asked if there was any chance of getting a later appointment. The owner, Kiera, almost immediately responded and told me that two of her massage therapists were willing to stay late for us if we wanted to come in at 6 instead. This was the first in a series of awesome customer service moments. Once we landed in Phoenix and checked into the Biltmore we raced to Tempe, no time to stop for a snack. We got there 5 minutes early but since they were already staying open late for us we didn't want to ask them to wait while we grabbed a snack from the Starbucks across the parking lot. The front desk staff, Tony, overheard our dilemma and was kind enough to share his animal crackers with us! Hunger satiated, we followed our therapists to the back for our combo massage/facial/foot scrub. I told my therapist, Davina, that I have hip pain but didn't expect massage to help as it's more a joint issue. During the massage Davina did some stretching and pushing on my hips which I didn't think would help but boy was I wrong. Throughout the services she made sure everything was tailored to my needs & I could tell she genuinely cared if I was comfortable and having a good experience - instead of a foot scrub she spent extra time massaging my feet (plantar fasciitis was flaring up particularly bad), during the facial she went to town on the blackheads on my nose and left it looking brand new, she explained to me what some small bumps next to my eye were & how to treat them, and switched out one of the facial treatments in favor of some under eye collagen patches for my huge under eye bags and dark circles. The massage itself was fantastic and relaxing. My friend said her therapist, Jennifer, also did an amazing job and we both agreed that this is handsdown the best spa/massage experience we've ever had. As we stood in the front lobby checking out, Davina & I shared pictures of our dogs and talked about where my friend and I should go while we're in town.
