The one that really gets us is when we make an appointment, drop the truck off and they don't like at it for 2-3 days after being dropped off. Then what's the reason for an appointment? I have worked at several dealers, if we ran our service department like Rush does the factory would have came in and revamped the service department or they would have closed us down. If you go in for sure, when you walk in the service advisors office see if they are nice and inviting or do you get the feeling like you're bothering them and why are you inconveniencing them? If we had any other choice we would. But can't.

Even after giving me the initial quote, I was able to text with follow-up questions, and they were always patient, honest, and responsive. The service itself was unbelievable. They picked up my car while I was at work (I gave them the location to where I parked and left the keys in the tire), replaced my catalytic converter, cleared the check engine code, completed the smog test, and even picked me up after work when everything was finished all in the same day! What really blew me away was that they even fixed my A/C at no extra charge. He just texted saying "I have a surprise for you" lol. It was really so sweet. I know nothing abt cars so I was always worried that other places were gunna scam me in some way and throughout the entire process, they were just so wonderful in helping my nerves and never tried to upsell me or take advantage of me. I had the DEF issues of doom which are just brutal and Triumph did the laborious, unpleasant work of patiently going through the components to find the problem instead of slapping me with a dishonest quote to replace the whole system for 7x the cost. In other words, they are honest. Trustworthiness is tough to come by with mechanics as we all well know, so Triumph is a rare gem. I'm hard on cars, in the desert often and the mountains all winter, annual trips to Washington and B.C., Mexico, and even Brooklyn, New York, and back. I have lost track, but it is probably over 475,000-500,000 miles of care for our family's cars, all kinds of Toyotas and Lexuses over the years, and the workhorse LX 470 since 2009 is now over 260,000 miles and running and riding better than new. Two years ago, I had some issues with my brakes in the LX 470; James and Harry would not give up until everything was resolved and safe, and the car now stops on a dime and tracks perfectly. The recent suspension upgrades prove that they know what they're talking about and how carefully they educate their customers to make smart, effective improvements in a timely and cost-effective manner. Yet, when you look at the LX, you can hardly notice the subtle lift and Kings, but it looks just right. Rides like Mercedes and corners even better. We had a structural issue in the cargo area of a truck and they were able to fix it with ease. The damage was a weakened floor panel that prevented the ramp from being properly stowed. The service mechanic (Chris) was able to fix the floor panel quickly in about 20 minutes. He was outstanding and even brought a gallon of water as we requested via the U-Haul app. (We were moving on Sept 3 in 104 degree weather)
