To start, in March of 2025 I experience my 1st vertigo episode after waking up to a spinning room. I wasn't sure why it happened but after going to a PT she reported I have BPPV, used the epley maneuver and sent me on my marry way. The only issue is that every month, like clock work I kept having vertigo symptoms, waking up in the middle of the night to the room spinning. I have gone to several ENTs with the same stupid response "take medication, you just have vertigo." As someone who likes to believe they're more holistic, I did not accept that as an answer. I just felt like something must be off. While it was an investment I am so happy I found DVI and Dr. Pearce. She is a literal angel and exactly what I needed at the time!! Finally, a doctor that was able to look at the whole picture and not gaslight me to believe that I am just 32 years old with a bad case of BPPV, crystals flying out of my ear every 3 weeks. She tailored a treatment plan just for me, and supported me though further investigation, including blood work, and looking at the neurology of my brain. I learned that my history of migraines and hormonal imbalance may have continued to vestibular migraines. While it was an overwhelming process with ovarian cysts and learning I have endometriosis in the background of it all, I can say that I was able to find peace in this health journey. The spinning has stopped happening in the middle of the night, I do not feel like I'm on a boat the majority of my life, I am not triggered by a spinning washing machine, or a car passing by, and I sure as heck feel like myself again. If you have the ability to see this treatment through, I highly suggest giving Dr Pearce a shot. Getting the whole picture rather than being gaslight and thrown medication at, was worth every penny!

Typically in a sensitive appointment you would think that when the Dr. uploaded the information/results online through their portal, proper medication would be sent to the pharmacy. Especially with no new or concerning information given. I have not been informed of any urgent concerns requiring face-to-face consultation. When contacting them the medical assistant stated" the Dr said you can wait a week!" Withholding medication for arbitrary reasons especially refusing to act on already- available test results until an in person visit one week later is unethical and illegal. As a result, I have been left without critical medication, which I believe constitutes neglect of care and may qualify as patient abandonment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that future patients don't have to face the same unnecessary delays.

It's been over 1 month of calling at least 3x a day and they not only DON'T answer the phone, but they NEVER call back with my many voice messages. My voicemails are very clear with my name, birth date, insurance #, phone #, and a simple message, but they are all ignored. I need to get surgery and this was the only doctor in my network who was assigned to me, so I'm stuck because they CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE. So I'm in a quandary because even if I could possibly get a hold of them for the consultation, I know that the road to getting the surgery, booking follow ups, etc. will be the same. That is not the kind of doctor/surgeon I can count on. Very disappointed and stuck.

I'm two weeks post op now from septoplasty with turbinates reduction surgery. I have never breathed…read morebetter. This surgery was an outstanding success. Dr. Ford used bandage packing after surgery. No stents were used. After three days is a follow up to remove the bandages. Although it was not recommended by the doctor, I pulled them out myself after two days with no ill consequence. The bandages are merely to soak up the blood and stop the bleeding. I am grateful he did not use stents which I heard are in your nose for over a week. I also had trouble getting through to the office as mentioned with other reviews, but if you can get past that, I can recommend Dr. Ford. This man has 40+ years experience which set me a little more at ease.

We met at the park and our sessions were so FUN - my son is 4 and loved coming to see Ms. Jennifer, which made the process easier on me to reinforce things at home. She met him exactly where he's at and was always found creative ways to help him do his exercises. Kim made herself available to me as needed and was so easy to talk to.
